FacebookI totally recommend Leightons 100%. From day one they have been absolutely FANTASTIC. They work so hard to sell your house, constantly keeping you updated and can answer any questions you ask. At times Helen even became my "therapist" when times in the journey got hard and also made me laugh which was also just as important and gratefully received. It's obvious as to why they keep winning awards as they are BRILLIANT. I can't praise them enough and literally fear that now I've successfully moved house I'm going to suffer separation anxiety. GoogleMichael and the team impressed from the start. Really positive about being able to sell our property, which we did after just three days. The pictures of our property taken by Michael were amazing, even made me question why we should move. The follow up service was excellent. Michael was always available to offer us advice not only on our sale but also on the property we were purchasing.... which was greatly appreciated and helped us through some quite stressful negotiations.... if I ever move again I would definitely use Leightons again.... highly recommended.... thanks for everything Michael and Joanne !

FacebookI recently used Leightons to sell my house, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the offset the communication and professionalism were faultless. I was in a long chain, and there ended up being a huge delay towards the end of the process, but Helen went above and beyond chasing solicitors and keeping me informed. It really helped to take the stress off me.

GoogleHelen has been so helpful and friendly. She set up a WhatsApp group for us to keep us in the loop every step of the way. I really can't think of how she could have done more for us. This seemed even more impressive as she was working on behalf of the people we were buying from. I will definitely be recommending Leightons to all my friends and family in the future. GoogleWith using Leighton's to sell our house was a great choice. They managed to sell our house when 2 other agents couldn't. Michael is very knowledgeable of the property market and would definitely recommend using them. Joanne has been very helpful in managing the sale of the property i.e. good communication between us and the buyer, chasing solicitors etc. I will be using them again for selling other properties I have. GoogleCan't recommend Leighton's highly enough. Had offers on our house within a week of marketing. Michael was happy to do viewings a bit later in the evening to fit with us and his pictures and marketing were first rate. He builds up a good relationship with potential buyers and uses social media really well to generate interest. He also kept on top of the chain later on so that any delays could be cleared up without any misunderstanding. This is crucial when dealing with solicitors! I hope I don't have to move again for a long time but if I do I will be ringing Leighton's!

GoogleWe purchased a house with Leightons. All going through, contracts signed when we lost our buyer. With the amazing kindness, going above the already high customer service. Helen made it possible with regular contacts with the chain, solicitors, estate agents to allow us 2 weeks to resell, which we did in order to keep the chain. Helen continued with all contacts and updates, offering very welcome advice, right to the end. If it wasn't for Helen with all her unbelievable help we would have lost our forever home. Leightons also recommended our mortgage broker and solicitors who also did a fantastic job. I cannot give enough praise and thanks to Leightons Estate agents I highly recommend Leightons to everyone I speak to. Thank you to all the team at Leightons, Michael, Helen, Laura and Emma.

GoogleA bit late in leaving this review! Leightons sold my property just over a year ago and they were fantastic. Michael and Joanne were professional but personable throughout. They were both extremely proactive and kept me informed at every stage. I had numerous questions and they offered advice every time I asked. I would highly recommend them and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
