GoogleWe recently completed on the sale of our house via Venture and were absolutely delighted with the service we received. 5 Star Fantastic service in the marketing, viewings and negotiation of the sale, but the real added value was the sales progression side where Angela was invaluable in pushing the process on and managing all parties involved. I'd highly recommend Venture to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

GoogleI have so much gratitude to you all at Venture properties for helping me with my first buy. Angela was absolutely amazing, kept the ball rolling more than once and I was always kept informed and updated. Really personable estate agents and completely exceeded my expectations.

GoogleRecently sold my house in Stanley Crook through entire Properties. I was kept up to date and well informed throughout the process. Angela and Grace were the people I dealt with and I cannot thank them enough for all that they did from the start to the completion of the sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Venture Properties to anyone.

GoogleI never wanted to sell my dream house. That quintessential English cottage with roses round the door. That was it!! Perfect location in a small and quiet hamlet, far off the beaten track. Having bought it through Venture five years ago, I knew that they really did look after all parties in the transaction. When I had bought it through them I felt as important as their client for whom they were selling. Therefore, when I reluctantly had to sell, it was only Venture I would entrust with the property. Not only was it important to ensure that the property was presented in the most appropriate way and effectively marketed but I knew that I could trust Angela and her team with absolutely everything. I will always miss my place in the country and I will always be grateful to Angela and her team.

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Venture Properties, Crook branch and they were brilliant throughout the 3 month process. We had virtually zero Communication's with our useless law firm and 99% of our info was with the very Professional Angela Banks who was always at hand to chase everybody up and answer our silly questions. I can honestly say there wasn't a time when Angela didn't return an E-mail or call within the hour. That's incredible 1st class service and we were the buyer's and not the seller. If Only every Estate agent's worked as hard as Angela and her team, they wouldn't have such a bad reputation. Many thanks to Angela and the other ladies in her Branch. John.

TrustpilotWorst tenant experience- Don’t use
Used to be their tenant. I have to say it is quite literally the most unpleasant experience in all my years of renting. They only serves landlords and have no sympathy for tenants. Got kicked out when my baby was 6 months to find a new place to live. Accused us of damaging the carpet when the carpet already damaged by previous tenants. Tried to scam £1000 of our deposit money but we managed to get it all back from DPS. Thanks god. Piece of advice for all renters out there, take photos and videos of your house as soon as you move in. Don’t let these agents scam your deposit money.

TrustpilotNo more than 1 star unfortunately
No more than 1 star unfortunately, so much is wrong with them. By the way they always try not to return the deposit they are trying to renovate the property with the deposit.

GoogleVenture was our sellers agent and if I was to do it all again I would use Venture Crook myself. Their communication was second to none and I always felt like they had time for us. We mainly dealt with Angela, who was fantastic. She was professional but approachable and her knowledge of the whole process really put me at ease, having never bought a home that wasn’t from a building company before. Great service, thanks again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotI have been a landlord for 20 years and…
I have been a landlord for 20 years and have come across many, many agents during that time ranging from good to downright dreadful. Having used the services of Venture in the last 5 years for purchases, sales and for lettings I have to say they are the best, most professional and effective office I have ever come across. I suspect the key is in the management as every single member of staff in the all the different departments is friendly, knowledgeable and good at what they do and I look forward to continuing to work with them in future.
