GoogleVenture Properties Crook has been amazing agent while selling our property. We had a fairly long selling process due to all sorts of different things, but Angela has been absolutely spot on with keeping me always up to date and going the extra mile. The whole interaction with Venture team, from valuation to completion has been very quite smooth, respectful and helpful. Thanks to Angela and the whole team in Crook. GoogleI approached Venture Properties in Crook to sell my property due to how professionally presented the office and staff were, which I hoped would represent a professional service. I have now sold my property and I am delighted that first impressions really were representative of the service provided. I think the biggest positive for me was the communication. It can be a nervy and stressful experience selling a house and Angela and team provided me with regular updates and guided me through the process. I have no reservations in recommending the team.

GoogleAlthough we didn’t use Venture directly we had frequent contact with Angela who is an absolute credit to the business. Angela’s communication was excellent and she went out of her way to ensure things were pushed through as quickly and efficiently as possible. We hope to never have to move again but if we did we would definitely request Angela to deal with the process. If I could give more than 5 stars I genuinely would.

GoogleWe can’t recommend the team at Venture in Crook enough. From the moment they took over the sale of our house they have supported us through every twist and turn of the process. There have been regular weekly updates so we have never felt out of the loop or in the dark about progress with the sale. Angela and the team took a lot of the worry out of selling our home and we will always be grateful to them for their help and support. As far as we are concerned they are estate agent superheroes. TrustpilotVery good at getting you into a…
Very good at getting you into a property, however they are completely one sided towards the landlord when moving out. Unrealistic bill presented for what they deemed an immaculate property which we suffered with rats, mould, damp and poor workmanship on its refurb. Currently trying to charge me for a laminate floor which was laid onto a completely uneven floor (no self levelling compound used prior to fitting) and I also showed the issue to one of their inspectors during a 6 month visit but because I didn’t raise it through their website they said I was liable. Mentioned it was brand new when handed over yet the damage was fair wear and tear in consideration of the damp rising onto a completely uneven floor. Glad I won’t need to rent again as I would not go near venture now knowing what I know, I would also not move into a terrace street for a rental as it’s up there with the worst experiences of our lives.
