Just a quick note to say thank you to Abbotts property manager Becki for her help when my main input fuse blew and I lost all power to my rented property. She had the local contractor attend very quickly and thanks to UK Power Networks, the issue has now been resolved. Thanks once again, Becki. Regards Jon Dunn

We live out of Norfolk but were recommended Abbotts Countrywide and specifically Bev regarding a mortgage. The service we received was fantastic and even though we live over 100 miles away nothing was ever a problem! Whenever I called the office, the staff were extremely helpful and now I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends or family.

I was very pleased with the service Hannah provided, I found her very helpful, friendly and if she did not have an answer, she went out of her way to find out and always come back with an answer, which removed some of the stress of the move regards Ian Beattie

We found Abbotts in Cromer to be professional, efficient and above all approachable and friendly. All queries and requests were dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks to them we now have the keys to our new home!

This was written over a month ago: Worst company I ever have had the displeasure of using. Rude, unhelpful staff. Do not get back to you with serious issues and never answer emails or phone calls. Am in danger of losing my deposit due to the gross incompetence of this company so I advise you steer well clear of them. Addendum 26/10/17: Its been over a month now and everyone else has had a response from their reviews from the owner and yet I have not received any response at all. This just goes to show how incompetent they are!

Excellent friendly service with face to face contact. Unlike the internet offering constant updates and on how best to market my property. Sale agreed after open day with 16 viewings and all achieved within 10 days from start to finish. I highly recommend this office and company.

We found a progress 'chaser' a most useful addition, linking the two ends of the negotiation. A boundary issue could have weakened the resolve without knowing the position of both parties. You cannot beat good communication.
