GoogleWe use their services to rent our property when we moved out of the country. The team were friendly, very professional, thorough and with fair fees too. This helped ease any anxieties of leaving the property as we knew it was always going to be in expert hands!

GoogleThe staff are always helpful and polite, nothing is to much trouble, they treat you as a person, not an account, if there is a problem the repairs are sorted quickly, I feel sorry that they have to deal with stupid landlords, like mine, who won't have anything done on the property, that costs him, even though I've been a Tennant for four years and improved the property, But that's just my landlord, others I know who are with eazilett are amazing, Like the staff and managementPositiveResponsiveness

GoogleTook a tenancy with this company back in July well I really wish I hadn't bothered firstly I was hounded for a deposit at least three phone calls before I had accepted a room I was also given a different room from what was advertised I was lied to about the other tenants speaking English they didn't!!! Well certainly not in front of me I had a room inspection not even three months living there they only good thing was the shower and bathroom facilities other facilities I didn't even get to use!! Do I recommend eazylett absolutely not!! Avoid at all cost greed greed greed

They are trying to transfer old tenants debts to their new customers. A property in Crewe - 78 West Street, owned by Paul Mills has a big debt to British Gas due to a poor maintenance of the gas supply system - around £50.000 and they are trying to transfer this debt to their tenants.

GoogleMake sure you appeal against any deposit retention made by Eazy Lett. Our appeal to the Deposit Protection Scheme found that they had over-stated the amount they were entitled to retain by around 50%. A thoroughly unprofessional company.

GoogleAdvertised a property with no minimum let - agreed a viewing on this basis then pulled the property due to length of tenancy, complete waste of time.
