I have been letting properties through Eazylett for 15 years. They are excellent. Always go out of their way to help when there are any issues. They make the difficult situations so much easier to deal with as a landlord plus they have always guided me through the things I need to do to ensure I am a good landlord. There have been times when I needed to get work done and couldn't afford to and they organised it and allowed me to pay monthly. I've always felt they had good values of getting the balance right between supporting me as a landlord and helping me to see what was important to ensure I was doing right by my tenants.

GoogleWe had many issues with the property we rented including: gaps in cupboards, moving floor boards in the kitchen, carpet in which was not layed correctly and with the fibres lifting as we vacuumed, mold on the walls and rats that came through the storage cupboard and kitchen cupboards.
We were provided with a mobile number to contact regarding any issues, but we did not receive correspondence when texting the number. We emailed them about these issues with photographic evidence and screenshots of our attempts to contact them and were advised that the number was not associated with them, but texted us from the exact number when trying to arrange viewings after we handed in our notice.
They refused to acknowledge any complaints we had with only issue which was resolved was the rats. From other reviews I can already gather we will not get any of our deposit back.
We were sent a breach of contract for “refusing to allow access to the property for viewings”while my partner was working from home and we wanted to ensure that the property was fit for viewings but soon changed their tone after we mentioned we were going to seek advise from citizens advise. They are a horrid agency to deal with and I’d completely avoid them.

Eazy Lett had a good relationship with the tenant during this tenancy and always tried to work with the tenant to resolve any issues. There was a claim made from the deposit which the tenant agreed to without dispute and the matter has been brought to a close.

GoogleI have now rented 1 house and one shared accommodation room with this company, Firstly i rented a full house then my circumstances changed and a room with all bills paid suited me better so they kindly moved me from one to another, i rented that for some time but i have now moved out and bought my own property. overall i found Mike and his team very helpful and easy to deal with and both properties that i personally rented were in excellent condition and kept very well maintained. If you are looking to rent then i would defiantly recommend them.

Refuse to discuss rent reductions seriously and when the roofer arrives, he refuses to do the work, 2 week wait for another roofer. Still waiting on this to be fixed, soon to be 3 months since the issue began and yet we still await any rent reductions or even a full report on damages and dangers! Sickening.
