GoogleBooked a viewing on a property with them two days ago. Viewing was booked for 1pm and got a call from them 15mins prior to viewing to say it would need to be cancelled as they never had the keys ( they were with another agent and they never had time to pick them up). Wasted day off work for my wife and I.

GoogleBen has been really helpful. Any queries we've had have been answered quickly. Also when we had an issue with our boiler he was able to talk us through the troubleshooting so we had hot water and heating again within 10mins!

Jess had the experience and business acumen we were looking for, but was also super friendly and polite. She stayed longer than planned to answer all our questions and made us feel listened to.
