Googlecurrent tenants in a property that Bridgfords manages. On the turn over, I can say the property was just not prepared for the renters. Faulty and unusable appliances which has not been checked prior. just unsafe. And the place still needed heaps of cleaning which the obligation was passed on to us. Now It's been more than two months since we've moved in but of the many faults we've reported to the agency, they have only sorted just one. we asked them if we could just leave because of the service and clearly the property has not been proper looked after but told us we will have to pay a rediculous sum for breeching contract. Just not happy with the service I'm sorry. It's just been very difficult and we have to endure this state of living for who knows how long until the agency does something about it.

GoogleBeing a first time renter, student and new to the whole process, Jessie at Bridgefords made the process easy and stessfree! From everything to sorting the contracts and explaining all the letting jargon she made me feel so at ease with everything. When it was time to move Jessie communicated with me every step of the way, making sure viewings were done at times convenient for myself. Jessie herself is such a lovely, easy going person who will make the search for your home that much easier, cannot recommend enough.

GoogleI have recently moved property which was with another company and the service I have received has been awful and very distressing. When I began my search I registered with all the local agents, Jess at Bridgfords has been the only person who has responded. She has rang me a couple of times a week to see how my search is going, Jess is the only person I feel who has listened to me about where I was looking and helped me with numerous issues. Sadly I never did find a property with Bridgfords, but Jess was always happy to help, advise and make sure I was looked after even after informing her of this! Excellent friendly service and would highly recommend to others. Thank you Jessica for all of your help.

GoogleI find the staff at Bridgfords in Crewe very helpful and professional. I have been dealing recently with Steven Woods, Keri and Ronnie, regarding rentals. They have all been extremely helpful and get back to me very quickly, with all the information I need. They have a vast amount of useful, relevant knowledge about renting and they keep up to date with any changes which come about. They also explain clearly and patiently to me what is required and involved. I cannot praise them enough and it's a real pleasure to deal with them. I will certainly use Bridgfords again and recommend anyone to use them. They can't be beaten!

GoogleJust wanted to share my positive experience with Jess at Bridgefords. We have sold our home but our new one isn't ready for 3 months. Jess had a look for rentals for us in the area but all required a minimum 6 month let. The conversation could have ended there but it didn't. Jess recommended that we look at holiday lets (something that we hadn't previously considered) we have found a local holiday let and this morning Jess called us for an update. Just wanted to publicly thank you as our if All the agents we contacted you were the only ones that made an effort and provided us with fantastic advice. GoogleBridgefords in Crewe are shocking. They are very unhelpful. We have just finished renting from them and all I can say is avoid them at all costs. They have no time for the tenants it is all about the landlords. They are the worst estate agent that I have ever dealt with.

GoogleAvoid this agent if you are selling or buying! I have phoned the at least a dozen times at the crewe office, never had an answer, the only way I have got through is by calling the Nantwich office who have connected me. I have enquires about several houses and had only one call back saying that they could not contact the vendor. I emailed from Right Move about this property again a few days ago, still no response, is there anybody there? Perhaps they are understaffed? Who knows its not the fault of the employees im sure but poor management.
