GoogleSlow to get things sorted. Slow to reply, never had them phone back when they said they would. Had to chase them for updates. Other than that, friendly staff, easy to talk to. No problem getting deposit back from them. Gave us all the information we needed when getting a rental as well as trying to help us find a new place.

GoogleAfter viewing and putting in an application for a rental property and hearing nothing back, I chased it up 3 or 4 times over the space of 1 - 2 weeks (giving them surely what I thought was enough time to get back in touch) Yet I still got along the lines of 'can we call you back' or 'I will check and I will call you right back' only to be still waiting for that call back. Whether it be a quick phone call or an email, it would be very much appreciated to know where we stand, even if it is just to let us know that they have accepted someone else and the property is no longer available. At least then we can go about viewing others and not keep our hopes on the property we have applied for. I don't see it as professional to keep people in the lurch, especially when we have taken time out to view said potential property and filled in application forms. I am sure this agent is usually wondeful to deal with, unfortunately I just found that we were cast aside and left wondering what was going on.

GoogleWe have been renting a property through bespoke for the past 2 years and have always been very happy with the service they provide. All issues are resolved in a timely manner and the staff are all very friendly. We recently had an issue with a leak in the bathroom of the property and it was decided that it needed a complete overhaul. The communication was fantastic throughout and I cannot praise them highly enough. We have rented from a few agents in the past but bespoke is by far the best we have used. GoogleTerrible communication. Had a viewing scheduled yet no-one showed up. When I phoned up, I was told the landlord had paused viewings. Would have been nice to know before I wasted a 2 hours drive.

GoogleThe dreadful reviews on Google's front page cannot be about the "Bespoke Lettings of Crewe" that I deal with! Those remarks don't ring true at all. Penny and her colleagues have always offered the finest of service and in a very nice low key but professional manner. They have always done a fabulous job for us and found us excellent tenants. No fuss, no hassle, no problems!
