GoogleWhat can I say about this company? Well, they helped us move in 4 days earlier than expected, we informed them of maintainence issues, of which most were assessed on the same day notification was received. They have been exceptionally kind and helpful on the phone, and via email as well. These guys run a tight ship and are always busy, but they will always make time for you if you have a professional concern. I have rented properties since I was 18 years old, and have to say this is by far the best agency I have used, a clear example to all agents across the board. We're very sad to leave our property, landlords and agent, and I hope this review points one of you readers in the direction of their agency, and your new home. I hold both Leo and Duke in high esteem, and would hope if I ever move back to crawley, that I can rent with them again. 5 start service lads.

FacebookWe have always been pleased with Chesters and now with Homes4U. Andrew Brownlee has always been very professional and has never let us down in helping us in resolving any issues with the property in which we live. The Homes4U staff were always courteous when we have had to report any issues.

FacebookAfter so many shady letting agents, Homes4U was a breath of fresh air. Did everything they could to help move us in despite our problems, always easy to get in touch with and generally just being as professional as you would hope. A pleasure from start to finish.

FacebookMy husband and I had quite a disappointing experience so far. We scheduled an appointment for a viewing, but the agent never showed up. This happened not just once, but TWICE. We did not get the name of the agent the first time, but we did get the name of the agent the second time - Danny. We tried calling the office, only to be told that someone will get back to us ASAP, which never happened. This was a first for us - having to deal with such an unprofessional and unreliable property agent.

FacebookWe've been in a Homes 4 U managed property for two years now and it has been a very happy time. We love our home (it's not just a house to us!) and Andrew Brownlee, our property manager, has been a pleasure to deal with. He responds quickly to all correspondence, is polite and kindly, and always efficient in all his dealings with us. To have this kind of relationship where there is a mutual respect makes one want to go that extra mile in cherishing a rented home. Thank you to all at Withington, but especially to Andrew!

FacebookWe recently signed a tenancy for a student house next year, and homes4u really helped us out with finding our best option. Chanel have us exceptional service and advice in concerns with bills and living arrangements. We booked a viewing with her and whilst we were there she recommended another property nearby which actually suited our needs better than the one we originally went to see. Her help with that really lifted a weight off our shoulders

As a landlord, I have used Homes for you in Crawley several times now,to source a new tenant for my properties in the local area.. They have quickly found me new suitable tenants who are credit checked and shown around the properties. The service is efficient, quick and good value, and I have always been exceptionally pleased with the service, Communication is excellent, and they have kept me in touch every step of the way. I would have no hesitation to recommend their services to any local landlord looking for quality tenants.
