FacebookBeen really pleasant to deal with. Had viewings with Phil who was really friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Main communication has been with Chanel who again has been really friendly and helpful, has been happy to talk to the landlord and helped get us the best deal for the house. Really good.

FacebookAwful company, would not return deposit nearly 1 month after completing house checks and kept saying they would resolve it. I believed the Facebook reviews when deciding to start a tenancy with them, but please check their trustpilot reviews. FacebookFound the property on Zoopla and contacted homes4u and they got in touch really quickly and we arranged a viewing. Corey met us on the day and showed us around the home and allowed us then to explore the house alone this really helped us see the potential of the house. Very professional!

FacebookAs a tenant, I'm happy with Homes 4U in general. Emma Beecroft has always been very friendly, accomodating and helpful. My requests have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently, with all repairs carried out as and when needed, and even "extras" kindly taken care of. The whole team was helpful throughout the application process too.

FacebookHomes4u are the worst estate agents I’ve used. As you can see when we moved in, the house was dirty, hadn’t been cleaned and was riddled with maintenance issues. Wardrobes unusable with staples hanging out the back. When we did get an outdoor gate fixed, they left rubble and screws all over our drive which we emailed about but this was never cleaned. Now we’ve left the property (in better condition than when we moved in) they’re asking for money for cleaning. I would strongly urge anyone thinking about choosing homes4u DON’T. You call the office to try talk about this with staff coincidentally the correct person is not available. If homes4u choose not to comply with their part of our contract I.E maintaining/managing the property when we paid our rent every month without fail. Then they’ve simply broken the contract and the lack of replies to my emails & the photos is evidence. Evidence I would happily present in court. I would urge homes4u to contact me regarding this but I doubt I will get a reply.

GoogleWe are a brazilian family and we rented our first house for homes 4 you, we had a great experience over the years. What surprised us was that when we left a house, to which the landlord and partner of homes 4 you, we did not receive our deposit back. We contacted homes 4 you explaining the situation, and they informed us that they had no responsibility for that contract, because they did not manage that house, which is absolutely correct. The problem is that they are making it available for rent again, this landlord's property, even though they know that it hasn't returned anything from our deposit. We are still discussing the matter in TDS today, after many months of time spent. I believe that homes 4 you, should make sure its partners better that they provide properties in partnership.
