FacebookGavin, was very straight forward any helpful. He answered all of our queries and we felt more than satisfied with his service. This is our first apartment for my friend and I and it can feel quite daunting and intimidating for a first timer! However, Gavin was patient with us and provided a friendly service. Would deffo recommend Homes4u in a heartbeat!

In particular, Tommy Thacker was brilliant in providing all details regarding the property and was quick to deal with any requests I had made. Homes4u are definitely a professional, trustworthy agency I would recommend to anyone.

FacebookCould not have had a better experience with Steve at Homes4u. Everything was listed quickly and efficiently, viewings nearly straight away and an offer made a week after listing the property. When we also had problems getting the sale through due to multiple reasons, Steve really stepped up to make sure we got the desired result quickly - would highly recommend.

FacebookI was very excited to look for a house for a house with my mates, but rushed into the whole process and felt unsure after putting a deposit down and got into a bit of a nervy situation. But Antony was amazing and completely understood where we came from and sorted the refund and everything out. Very satisfied with the whole debacle.

FacebookReally good experience with the homes4u team; they have been friendly on the phone (and I have called them many times!) and quick to reply via email. In particular Tommy, who dealt with our case, arranged for a virtual tour of the property I was interested in and offered some helpful advice. I would definitely recommend them.

Getting a offer to be excepted was difficult but Tommy Thacker was very helpful in emailing properties that met our price budget, he gave an honest view of the properties that we were looking at and he made the the whole process really easy

FacebookHomes4u and specifically Tommy were absolutely amazing whilst we were searching for houses, from the first phone call when I was shown around a few properties that met everything we were looking for online, sent a number of matching properties, and then were shown around 2 of our favourite properties and then secured a house, all within the space of a few days. Tommy was extremely friendly throughout, was super helpful when talking about any of our requirements and when we were shown about properties, couldn’t have had a better experience, many thanks to Tommy!

GoogleHomes For You has been the company that my parents have used for nearly 10 years and they highly recommended them to me and my husband. We have been tenants in one of their managed properties, for more then 3 years now. Every tiniest issue has been resolved in matter of a day (on most occasions-hours). They always reply on emails quickly! Can’t recommend Duke and Leo enough- they are a great team and their always there to advice in any situation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FacebookI don’t even know where to begin.. We are Landlords and we are lucky that our contract with them is coming to an end in April 2020. We have dealt with Emma (property “manager”), Andrew (Emma’s manager) and Ann (complaints). In a year we have made several complaints and we are in the process of contacting the Ombudsman due to their lack of ownership and professionalism. They lack the necessary skills to manage properties, follow up on issues and on payments! They lack the skills to keep Landlords up to date and they don’t care about customer service. On any challenged issue, Homes4u’s response will be to submit a complaint to their department (Ann). Be aware that Ann’s deep dive is inexistent. She just takes information at face value. Her role is flawed and biased from the start. She will never agree with a Landlord and most likely not even with a Tenant because Homes4u cares ONLY about their fee. And they will get it one way or another. They didn’t perform proper inspections (they can’t even take proper photos) or checks on our house and, now they refuse to even inspect the property once our tenants are out. There will always be a reason and an excuse for Homes4u to NOT do something. In our minds this is retaliation for not going forward with their disgraceful service. They have constantly kept me in touch by either phone or email with the relevant viewings which they've arranged and conducted. Leo is the ultimate professional with an excellent gut feel for the right tenant. I feel his experience, honesty and professionalism is what all landlords are looking for in an agency..he doesn't just fill the tenancy, he finds the right type of tenant, which is much more important! Saves me so much time and hassle. It's a shame all agencies don't operate like this one!!! Thoroughly recommend.

FacebookI am with homes4u more than 3 years now . The staff is very good and professional. There is one person in particular, Ms. Emma Beecroft , understands the needs of her tenants, their issues and how to solve them successfully and quickly. My kitchen needed renovation and told Emma about it just once. It was done very quickly and very well. I like her prompt response. I therefore think they are very professional and really pleased with the services.

GoogleLeo is very unpleasant person to deal with, they offer very unprofessional services. We had very bad experience as a customer with them. Be aware, well looking outside but inefficient throughout. DO NOT USE as a managing agent or for selling. If I could give 0 stars I would.
We never dealt with these people (don't know who they are) they also put the same comment on Connect UK review as well. Maybe other agents.

FacebookWe have lived in this property for over three years now, and I can honestly say, that whenever I have reported a problem of any kind, Andrew Brownlee has always acted fairly quickly on coming back to us to let us know what is happening. Sometimes we have had to wait a while for repairs, but I think is mainly the slow response from the owner of the property. All works have been carried out superbly, any mess has been cleaned up, and the people who have carried out any works, have always been really nice people.
