TrustpilotLandlords beware of their exhorbitant charges compared to others!
I have used L&F on a couple of tenancy changeovers and questioned their charges on the renewal they handled last year. I was assured in writing that their charges were in line with other agents and that as a returning customer I had been given a discount. On a recent tenancy changeover and renewal that took place in October I discovered that actually they were over a £1000 more than I would have been charged by another agent. I questioned their charges and the fact I'd been reassured about their charges and received a very stroppy response with a refusal to discuss. Suffice to say I will never use them again.Any private landlords, check out their charges in relation to other agents - you will find they are much, much higher.
