Lambert & Foster were excellent in the sale of our house. They - principally Zoe - were friendly, helpful, polite, very prompt at responding, fully aware of the situation, proactive, and, perhaps most importantly, seemed to genuinely put our interests first. There was never any attempts to encourage us to move before we were ready, or to break the chain to finalise the sale. Zoe went above and beyond in terms of corralling a relatively long chain to ensure that we could move in good time. Zoe (and Max in her absence) provided, by a very considerable margin, the best service of any estate agent we have dealt with, either as clients or buyers. We would recommend them unreservedly.

9 months ago we saw the house of our dreams and immediately told Lambert & Foster this was what we've been waiting for and ever since then they have gone above and beyond to make it happen. Rushed us in for a viewing, rushed to get our house on the market and with Sally's lovely nature and ability to really get to know her clients and their property we found ourselves full steam ahead. Although the process took a lot longer than we thought it would, not once did Michelle and Zoe let us down with communication and reassurance, making us feel they were rooting for us all along. So lets hope the house of our dreams is what we hope it is and although we hopefully won't need to move again, finally an estate agent we can't moan about! Lets not forget Max also with his very polite and responsive telephone manner and the whole team, really we cannot say thank you enough. Nicola & Clive x

The company were selling something I was interested in, after taking myself to view I then spent over 2 weeks trying to talk to the agent. I was advised by another staff member to use their planning department to answer my questions, in lieu of the sales agent only to then be told they couldn’t help due to conflict of interest.

FacebookMy husband and I cannot recommend Lambert and Foster, Paddock Wood branch, highly enough. After 4 failed house purchases through other local estate agents and having experienced poor practices and service, we were reassured by Lambert and Foster that our experience with them would be very different- and it was. The initial viewing held by Sally was superb, her knowledge of the property and area was vast, the viewing was a pleasure and not rushed. Despite some hiccups in the early stages of the purchase which were completely outside of Lambert and Fosters control, Max and Ross went over and above offering a huge amount of help and guidance and ensured we were kept up to date at all points. Max, Ross and Zoe were fantastic during our purchase and couldn’t have done more for us. Nothing was ever too much hassle and I have never known anyone reply to emails as quickly as Max! Prior to completion our son ended up in hospital and Zoe and Max were amazing, the care and compassion shown was overwhelming. They put our minds at ease at an exceptionally stressful time. We cannot thank Lambert and Foster enough for helping us to find our family home and providing such an impeccable service.

Glynis is incredibly kind and lovely to work with, always calm, always positive, and she genuinely made it all go so smoothly. We got lucky with a brilliant seller too. FacebookWe used Lambert and Foster in Paddock Wood to sell my Dads house. My Dad passed away last year. From the first time we met Ross when he came to value the house we found them incredibly professional but also very kind and sensitive to the circumstances of the sale. The communication from them was excellent all emails and phone calls were answered immediately. They also always let us know about any viewings and fed back on these viewings. We feel they went over and above what was required of them, they made multiple visits to the property (which was empty) and even went and turned off the heating when we accidentally left it on after a visit and read the meters on the day of completion. We also found them to very straightforward and honest and felt that they were acting in our best interests at all times. We also wanted to make a special mention of Helen Hudson; the house had been our childhood home and the sale of it came with a lot of sadness. Helen was aware of and acknowledged this which really meant a lot. Lambert and Foster were recommended by local friends and we are so pleased that we used them and would not hesitate to recommend them to others and indeed use them ourselves again if the need ever arose. FacebookI have tried to contact Lambert and Foster letting office in Cranbrook by phone and email but have so far not got any response from them. This is an urgent matter where an elderly tenant has no hot water or heating because of faulty equipment in the property.
