GoogleWhat a brilliant caring and compassionate team. I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's. I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit. Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold. The acid tests are: 1. Would I use them again - absolutely 2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation

GoogleI've just sold my house with Walmsleys and am really happy with the experience. It's a challenging process, but I felt supported by Walmsleys through very good communication with the sales team and with our dedicated sales progressor. They have great local knowledge, and were honest and consistent throughout. Would highly recommend.

GoogleDespite my house going on the market when there was an over supply of similar properties, Walmsley’s eventually found a buyer for it. I particularly appreciated how proactive Clare the sales progressor was in chasing up the sales process. Overall Walmsley’s made selling my house as smooth as possible.

GoogleWe used "Walmsley's The Way To Move" in 2022 and found his openness, transparency and willingness to go the extra mile (responding to messages, clarifying the process, acting on our instructions but also adding his reflections) really stood out. We were impressed by his dedication and calm, easy going nature which was reassuring as we navigated uncharted waters. Finally, he was willing to look at situations from different perspectives and worked to find a suitable resolution for us in a number of circumstances in this process. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe have just sold our property that we have lived in for 38 years - I think without Mark & Clare the sale would have fallen through many times over, it was not an easy transaction and many times I thought it was failed - and without Mark & Clare it would of - much patience, knowledge, tenacity and a grip on the business won us through and I cannot praise nor thank these guys enough. this company will grow from strength to strength because they care and they want to win - and a win for them is a win for you - please take my advice and do not give anyone else your business!

GoogleThe company is as good as its people and the people are as good as their leader, mark is a terrific gentleman, in the midst of other things he was able to spare time and politely extend his kind manners to me and help me understand a good income producing property. He didnt have to but he still did and for that alone shows excellence in his service to his clients existing and to be, thank you mark, i should hope you become the top agent in coventry sooner rather than later

FacebookThese guys are just so far away from your idea of estate agents - they care - and thats just the start - totally professional and honest. Our sale was not an easy one and I can tell you 100% that without these guys on our side we would of lost the sale - they went the extra 100 miles to keep our sale alive and us and our buyers both got the desired result - all thanks to Walmsleys - the way to move - and that says it all !
