We didn’t have a great experience with this agency, we were not given correct information from the start, from small things such as there was a new boiler (actually installed in 2016) to big things such as the sellers were leaving most of the furniture and that there was no onward chain, both of which were not true and in fact the house purchase fell through 2 weeks before expected completion as the top of the chain fell through and we weren’t even aware that this was even a possibility until it happened. In addition the house purchase was particularly complicated and I believe this was in part due to a lack of communication with Mark. All communication was through WhatsApp which led to many misunderstandings, it was very difficult to get straight answers and clarity throughout the process. It was a struggle to get a phone call with Mark and we often had to go through Clare to help us get through to him. Whilst Mark was a nice guy, and I appreciate that he tried to find solutions, and that Clare was very responsive; I would be very reluctant to use this agency again in the future.

We would highly recommend Mark to anyone who wants to sell his/her house. Last year we used another high street estate agent, but over a few months there were only a handful of viewings with no feedback given to us afterwards. We had no idea why our house did not seem to generate any interest. We are so glad we decided to switch to Mark's. From the first appointment Mark gave us valuable advice on how to improve marketability and he really spent time in understanding the strength and appeal of our house. What's more, Mark himself took all photos and he is really excellent at it! The photos he took were 100 times better than the previous one and the write up he produced was very attractive too. Despite the fact that we did not lower the asking price, within a few days of Mark launching our ad. online, he has managed to line up around 20 viewings over two days, and we accepted an offer within a week! What a difference a GOOD estate agent makes! There was a bit of a hiccup regarding the buyer's solicitor, but Mark guided us through and helped push thing along and now our house sale has completed. One thing we especially like about Mark is his friendly, helpful nature and his professionalism, plus he is easily contactable via Whatsapp and we think that is very important to us. We cannot thank Mark enough.

Well, what should have been a simple house sell and buy, turned out to be more complex than imagined! With twists and turns along the way and buyers pulling out, one constant remained - Mark’s calm and patient approach. The communication has been superb and Mark works tirelessly around the clock to maximise opportunities. He gives straight answers, removes the jargon and has an approachable and personable manner which is very much needed in this industry. Just as I thought it wouldn’t go through yet again, Mark did all he could to support and made a huge difference. I would highly recommend Mark as your agent, especially as I have had the opportunity to directly compare with others - he has been by far the best.
