GoogleStop using 5 star as your mask ok? You know how bad the reviews really are~~~Lived there last whole year, very poor service. Everybody lived there booked for a year, and they began to lead bunch of people to visit it from the 2nd month, unbelievable！We cleaned everything before we check out, and they just deduct 100 ponds of the deposit for no reason...they promised to give it all back.
People who live there are all international students, however they won't do student tax refund even tho they said yes when you ask them.

GoogleAfter 3 years at Coventry University and having negative experiences with every estate agent and landlord that I had dealt with, I decided to move into a house with friends who had been with Unac for the last few years and try my luck with this estate agents. I can say wholeheartedly that it was a very positive experience from the start of signing contracts until the day I moved out.
Situated in the centre of the city and only a few minutes from university it was convenient as if I ever had any problem at all, I could quickly pop in to discuss the issues with their helpful staff who would seek to resolve the problem immediately if possible. At no stage did I feel like they weren't helpful or supportive when we had any problems be it us unable to make payments or if the oven stopped working. Upon leaving the property we were advised to clean thoroughly with specific areas often missed, we spent a weekend as a house tidying and cleaning that house and as expected by cleaning the house completely we had our deposits returned in full promptly.
If you listen to university students, every estate agent will be slated for some reason or another but throughout my experiences with a number of estate agents in Coventry, I can honestly say that this was the best experience I had by quite some way and if I was at university for another year, I would not have hesitated to book another property through Unac!

GoogleFar from being the best this agency is one to avoid it at all costs, there are far more professional agencies in Coventry. Once you are signed up you will have issues with getting repairs done promptly ( if ever) but more importantly you will have real issues getting your deposit returned and they are liable to try and send you a big bill on top. This is caused by them not inspecting the property with you when you move in to document issues and them not doing be available to inspect when you leave. When asked to justify the costs they provide bills from non Vat registered companies or say it was done by the owner at huge unjustified costs.
You have been warned.

GoogleUNAC were a brilliant agency to rent with whilst I was at University in Coventry. I spent 2 years in a UNAC property with no problems whatsoever the whole time that I resided there. If any issue did pop up it was very promptly sorted. All encounters with UNAC staff and landlady were great, always really friendly and helpful.

Adapted well to COVID-19 by providing video viewings and much easier to contact compared to other agencies, by using Whats app for example. One of the agents went the extra step and even gave guidance in order to complete a referencing application with a different agency.

We exchanged several emails with the MP Zarah Sultana and her Case worker during which we expressed how sympathetic we were to the situation you found yourself in due to the pandemic.
We're a genuine agency and we take all complaints very seriously.
In this case we couldn't achieve the outcome that you desired, you wished to be released from your tenancy early but that is not something that is under our control.
We don't understand why you have posted this review under an assumed name, virtually identical to your landlord's.

GoogleThe worst student estate agent imaginable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will start showing people around 6 months before you are due to leave, they will not fix anything or sort out and problems. Absolutely terrible.
