Unprofessional. Cant believe that how they treat their potential customers. Booked two viewings on a Saturday, turned up to the property with no agents in sight. Waited for half an hour calling the office to check but no call was answered despite the office timings claiming to be opened. Left a voicemail asking where the agent was with no response! At least have the decency to let the customer know that there has been a re arrangement or an emergency or explain why the agent cant attend! Definitely not renting from this agency
