GoogleRented under the agency for 10 months. Communication was high quality, with responses to emails being very swift. When commencing the tenancy the total of all the initial fees were quite high (as often the case with agencies), but processing of money was secure and well organised, which was reassuring. Whilst the administrative team efficiently use emails, key processes/events regarding the property were commanicated professionally in paper form. All in all, I found the staff friendly on my first and last face-to-face encounter at the office and always willing to help.
