GoogleRobin Jones have been very helpful to me in renting out a property for the first time, guiding and advising me through the process of being a Landlord. They created a very thorough initial report on the property and then found excellent first tenants for me and have quickly helped to resolve some initial teething problems with the property. We have just had the first inspection completed, on time with a good summary report. Very friendly and helpful, a proper local business. I can fully recommend Robin Jones to property owners looking for a reliable management service in Coventry.

We are sorry you felt the need to post this review. We have been trying to contact you directly to try to resolve the issues you have raised. Inspections at the property were carried out in 2024 and 2025. Any maintenance issues and work needed to the property have been discussed, documented and agreed with you at the time of the inspections or the tenants making us aware. The rental income has generally been stable each month aside from the months where approved maintenance work has taken place. We pride ourselves on the level of service we give to our landlords and tenants and would be grateful if you could get in touch with us at your convenience so we can rectify this situation.

GoogleTotal time wasted. Non responsieve unprofessional and irresponsible organisation. Offer made on a property I clearly stated that whether yes or no I need it fast. Evey time I contacted them kept saying waiting for vendors decision. The property was marked sold in the rightmove still told me that they are still waiting. Disgusted with the unprofessional way of dealings I withdrew my offer on the property. Iwouldnt recommend. Thanks

GoogleBe careful with your deposit, when you rent a house from them, at the end of your tendency, they try all the means try not give you your money back. My suggestion is photograph everything from the beginning of your tendency and email to them, just for evidence. Also make proper inventory at the beginning of your tendency

GoogleWe sold our property earlier this year with Robin Jones. They were amazing. We had a tricky chain that looked like falling apart at times. They were so easy to deal with, constantly kept you updated and juggled the chain and other estate agents so well. Can't praise them enough. Thank you so much - we are very happy in our new home.

GoogleWe have been looking for a house for the past 5 months. House hunting has been very difficult for us because we been travelling from Berkshire to Coventry every Saturday. We had two viewing with another agents .After the viewing I walked into Robin jones and I was shown 3 properties on the day. We put a offer on one property and it got excepted. The lettings service is abject and extremely incompetent. They seem to believe a tenant can damage extremely difficult to replace worktops with impunity citing ridiculous 'wear and tear' excuses. Negligent sharp object gouging is not wear and tear.
