This is the Hebden Bridge I am talking about, the Staff have been nothing but determined, understandable and what’s more really pleasant always. I have had 6 houses all different area (not mine!) and they have done nothing but their best. By the way they’ve all been sold!

Yellwould definitely recommened
I used the local coventry branch to market my mothers property, during a very difficult time. I booked my valuation through Daniel at the branch he was extremely helpful in getting a valuation booked in for a time that best suited me, the valuation was very professional and organised which was carried out by neil the manager of the branch i did feel he was aware of the current market and properties in are area what price was best for us, one of the main positives was the assisted viewings this made me feel like i did not have to go over to the property everytime there was a viewing and that i could just relax and leave it in there capable hands. It did not take long for the proeprty to sell and when it did i was passed over to cheryl for the most part who would bend over backwards to chase for an update and find out what is going on from the solicitors even though she did not need to do this. so over all i was very pleased with the experience as i was very worried thinking this would be a very difficult time.

YellTERRIBLE - Cannot do a simple task
Terrible - dealt with a member of staff known as Dan in the Coventry branch. Called up initially to book a viewing but had to cancel due to an unexpected event. Called the office to cancel a couple of days in advance - I then asked them for another appointment for Saturday (which was 4 days in advance) and to my shock I was told "Why don't you call closer to the time to make the booking!?". How unprofessional and incompetent - I would have expected a competent agent to say "Ok, I will get this booked in for you and confirm closer to the time". To my dismay I said ok and decided I wasn't going to call them to re-book due to his attitude. A few days later, I received a phone call from Dan saying "Do you want to see it?", I decided not to kick up a fuss and agreed to view on Saturday 1pm. Come Saturday, I turn up at the property at 1pm and no one was there. I then called up their office which no one picked up for 20 minutes and kept persisting. Finally got through to Dan and he said "Oh, but because you cancelled, I wasn't sure you were going to turn up". Now this is well and truly unprofessional as well as wasting my time on a Saturday to travel and view the property to say the least. I had confirmed the viewing in advance with him. Not even an apology, but the sheer arrogance from him caused me to write this review. He also insisted I talked to his manager in an arrogant way to fob me off. A terrible experience from a rude and incompetent individual letting the company down.

YellSimply The Best!
Having been through a few ups and downs with buying and selling and almost at the point of giving up Reeds Rains (Neil and his Team) were certainly on the ball and demonstrated that it wasn't the market that had stagnated but previous marketing campaigns with other agents. With a fresh and proactive approach, Neil personally visited, reassured the marketing strategy would get people through the door and gave me the hope we could shift our old house in no time. To my surprise, unlike some of the larger hard selling agencies with ridiculous fees, Reeds Rains had viewings lined up within 24 hours of putting pen to paper! It was amazing, so much so at one point we had multiple buyers pushing up the price. Communication was second to none, living a tad on the worried side of life it was nice to know there was someone to talk to and guide me through the whole process. The reassurance and clear explanation of jargon, even when it came to dealing with solicitors was available throughout the working day and beyond. I really can't praise Reeds Rains of Coventry enough. Don't learn the hard way and have to go through multiple agents before you see results, stick with Reeds Rains and I promise they will deliver beyond your expectations every step of the way. I have recently moved from Thompsons Road with Reeds Rains. Right from Neil's visit to value the house to completion, it has been smooth and very informative. The brochure was excellently presented and I was kept up to date with viewers dates and times. Regular calls were made to me to ensure that everything was ok. Their recommended solicitor also did a great job and all went through with the minimum of fuss. I would most definitely recommend them to other would be sellers.

GoogleWe sold our property through Reeds Rains and the service was excellent. All appointments were vetted and confirmed with good communication. A special mention goes to Cheryl and Goz for their excellent customer support. So pleased we did not go down the ‘yellow’ bricks route!

After trying to sell my house with another agent I'd almost given up, but Reeds Rains told me they had buyers waiting for a house just like mine in so I decided to give them a go, with no sale no fee deals I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. I got regular feedback and updates from the whole team and they negotiated an excellent offer for me. lt only took a matter of weeks for the whole deal to be done and their solicitors firm was first class. I would recommend Reeds Rains to anyone buying or selling property in Coventry.

Arranged to have an house valued they arranged an appointemnt and time, then confirmed it.waited in and no one turned up. I rang the Ossett branch who had arranged it all and they did not have my appointment in the diary, the woman who answered the phone on Saturday morning was also very unprofessional . As they say first impressions count and in this case it was not very good. Went with another more professional company

Reeds Rains has been looking after my property for almost 15 years now. Although I live far away from home, I was kept updated as much as possible, quick responses every time, given advice with anything I needed. They have been very efficient, caring and prompt in all aspects....routine inspection, finding tenants and dealing with emergencies. Bottom line is: Brilliant service professional, friendly and trustworthy.
