Dear Mr Jagpal, in response to your review, we yet again confirm the property in question received comparable multiple offers and therefore the vendor instructed us to organise sealed bids. As you put forward a low offer and were unwilling to increase it, the vendor chose one which was higher. This is common and a totally legal practice. We refute your comments in respect of our service standards and under the circumstances are totally unjustified. If you feel you have been treated unfairly then you are advised to follow the company's formal complaints procedure as opposed to leaving deflammotory remarks about the company on a public domain which maybe classed as slanderous by our legal department.
