From the outset, there was a friendly and honest assessment of the house and the projected value, fantastic photos marketing the property and viewing hosted by the lovely Vanessa. Lots of viewings were booked and offers were quickly received. Paynes helped us assess the offers, the buyers positions and status in or out of a chain.
