GoogleProcess of buying house was smooth. Also, I did almost all paperwork remotely without having to visit the place as I was living far away. James guidance was helpful. He was always available for answering queries.

GoogleI viewed a house with Zack at a property he was taking care of. He is the most informative agent I have had the pleasure to view with. Took me through the whole property and didn’t rush through and allowed me and my partner time to see everything multiple times. Definitely recommend to people wanting get the best price possible.

GoogleHR Estate Gents handled both the sale of my home and the sale of the home that I was buying. Mike, the agent, always answered my calls promptly and was attentive and worked tirelessly to smooth a bumpy conveyancing process, caused by a terrible solicitor's firm involved in the chain. I would definitely recommend their services.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe wouldn't use anyone other than Linda Perry to sell our houses! Her communication, negotiation skills, and local knowledge are second to none. She achieved a sale price that we were really happy with, and supported us through the selling process from initial valuation right through to completion day. We've also bought a property through Linda, and the support throughout the process has been exactly the same. She really is the best in the business, thanks for everything Linda! Looking forward to working with you on the next one!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have been dealing with Lloyd for my mortgages for a number of years and he has always provided an excellent service, I then recently had the pleasure of working with Zach from the HR Estates team to sell one of my properties and they were excellent from start to finish even during a tough sale. They go above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Thank you all once again.
