GoogleWe purchased a house through Catherine and she was amazing! Her communication was second to none and was always on the other end of the phone even late at night! Catherine put your mind at rest and helped to deal with any stressful scenarios that arose. Catherine chased all the solicitors throughout the chain and updated us accordingly! I cannot fault Catherine at all and would 1000% recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much!

GoogleNever returns a call... tried several times to have a reply from the Coventry agent, sent her texts, made calls, called again the main office, all to no avail. I wonder if these people really need to sell houses to sustain their company. A real conundrum, if I were one of their customers I would wonder why nobody wants to see their properties...

GoogleWe've known Harry for nearly 8 years now and it's the 3rd house he's had a hand in selling for us - everything, as always was absolutely spot on, even trusting his judgement in an extremely difficult market. It's wonderful from our perspective to see his business thriving and with Darren taking lead on this particular property we certainly weren't disappointed. Selling properties can be a time consuming and frustrating process and it certainly helps to be able to trust in your agent - HR really push the sale from the initial meet all the way through to completion, where a lot of estate agents might rest on their laurels. We now only use and recommend HR, and with a number of successful referrals, that's enough said really. Thanks as always!
