GoogleLack professionalism Awful morale, stephen is pulling this company right down to the bottom, he himself isnt good at what he does and hes dragging the company down with him Sad really to see people in such a bad way, almost make’s me understand why he’s lacking behind with his poor service.

GooglePlease dont rent a house from this agent! All the staffs are definately cheaters! If you have rent from henrys already and have some problems with them, contact the student union advice centre, the lawyers will help you for free And remember to check if your deposit have been protected, if not you can ask for three times compensation.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had an overall good experience, I had a studio for 2 years that cost £650. Bills included for university. The agency deals with maintenance issues, they tend to be quick upon request.

GoogleYou should avoid this as they are too unprofessional. Call & send message to this agency, the sales named Stephen literally doesn’t help at all. Some of my friends have similar experiences with this agency. Go to high street and pick any proper agents.

GoogleThe members of the team constantly ignore our requests, even the simplest ones such as sending us a reference number, or solving minor issues concerning the house. The services were really good until we actually moved in the house, point at which we started to be totally ignored. I am deeply disappointed by the agency and its staff.

Provided inaccurate information about a property and lack knowledge of the current property selling/renting market. GoogleThese guys were incredible at finding me a room to rent at very short notice - very helpful, great advice. I got a really nice room for a very reasonable price. They sent all the paperwork through in under a day - I had the place on the same day that I viewed it! Highly recommended!

GoogleCheap, but poor service. To put this review into a context, I'm a landlord. Tan and Stephen are both nice enough but hopeless at delivering on what they promise. I am still waiting for some pretty basic things that they agreed to do over 6 months ago, despite numerous chasers and excuses.

GoogleI have been waiting weeks for a refund on my security deposit. Each time I am given a date for when it will be refunded, it's delayed even further. It's so disappointing that so many students have such terrible experiences with this place. Avoid.
