My Husband left a message regarding a viewing of a property after phoning at 9:30 am and 11:30 am. I called at lunchtime to also enquire about a viewing, only to be told that they had an offer accepted on the said property, then they ended the call which I felt was very abrupt . A more professional approach would have been to take my details and enquire as to the type of property that I was looking for, they may well have had another property that suited my requirements.My husband is still waiting for any response to his enquiry!

From the start, Glenn came out to value our house and gave us his honest opinion of what our previous home was worth, I was happy with the valuation and decided to list with them. Then onto the viewings, we had a few people view and put in offers and after a few days we accepted an offer at full asking price. The whole process was managed by Sharon who was a joy to speak to, She is great at chasing things down when - especially when the solicitors processes seem to ark back to the cave man era. I loved Sharon's way of working, always keeping us updated when possible and always asking how things were with us! Don’t take their word for anything, my husband paid for a night’s stay the night before a booked viewing, only to find out that the property was already let agreed, and we only found out online off rightmove the day before. We live 2 hours away. Extremely annoying and utterly disrespectful.

Such a poor customer service . The lady ( ClaireLiggins) oh my God she was rude !!! Went there to collect the forms , but the way she was acting was disrespectful and disappointing! I’ll not recommend it to anyone to go there . in your response to above , I’ll say I am not going to interduce my self , but I’ll say it will be good to behave good !!! Poor management of property rented out in a condition not fit for human habitation. Damp conditions painted over. Black mould ruining clothing bed furniture, causing distress to tenants, infested with vermin. I could go on, all these issues not addressed for two and a half years. Heating totally inadequate. A cooker and washing machine provided that did not work, disgusting conditions. So as letting agents I would not reccomend in any way.
