GoogleAmazing from start to finish. All members were so helpful but we specifically dealt with Matt and Sharon and they were so good, proffesional and on top of things . Couldn't have been happier with everything. Nothing was ever too much, even Matt having to deal with our daft house cats for viewings. GoogleUsed Foster & Lewis to sell one of our houses in Coventry . We had a time scale issue to aim for , Sharon , Glen & Mathew all worked extremely hard to make sure the house sale and contracts went through in the time specified. Must say Sharon stepped up to the plate amazingly and tirelessly emailed , phone called etc the buyers to make sure they exchanged before the deadline. I’m 100% certain without her personal involvement we wouldn’t have hit the deadline. She is a star . I highly recommend using her estate agents .

He was always happy to answer any of my questions throughout the whole process with honest advice. GoogleThe building in Brunel Close is frequently broken into by homeless people. In such an unsafe building the letting agency thought it would be acceptable to test the keys with no prior warning. The agency is legally obliged to inform the tenant that they will be visiting at least 24 hours prior. Unfortunately in my opinion they behaved unprofessionally
Hi Safaa, as we have already addressed this concern via telephone and face to face, this review isn't technically true to the facts which you accepted in good faith. Jez visited the property to check the validity of the freshly cut key, after knocking the door on more than 1 occasion he tried the key at which point you came to the door. We did not go into the property so your statement is both false and misleading, and both you and the landlord have already discussed and accepted that there was no issue. GoogleUtter shambles. Getting ripped off is the only option as a renter these days! Soon as my deposit was received all contact was pulling teeth, the agreed work wasn't completed after 2 weeks waiting around with no warning until moving in day. I've got my life packed into my car ready to move and the 'take it or leave it' attitude is all they have to offer on the day. If 775 pcm for an unfurnished flat with the wallpaper hanging off the mouldy walls is something Foster Lewis are proud to represent then good luck to them. God only knows what dealing with them is like once you're in, I'm relieved I'll never know.
Good evening Ryan, we are disappointed that you have chosen to post a 1 star review toward our family business, which has ultimately been left in a difficult situation, and sympathising with you at this time. We've addressed the issue with the landlord. We have vented our concerns to them, & rather than a review aimed at ourselves, a company of excellent reputation, perhaps a more considered view of the situation would warrant the removal of the review. We have worked tirelessly trying to raise standards of our clients properties since 2009. I hope you see this and reconsider the comments made. If not, we wish you well and of course would offer to advise or assist with a future move within the area.

GoogleI used Foster Lewis and Co to sell my house, after having a bad experience with another agent Glenn reached out to me and offered to help. The sale process was made easy with the whole team at FL&C managing comms with both solicitors and driving the sale throughout. Sharon in particular went over and above to support, and maintain the sale. After selling my house, and knowing I was looking for my next property Matt got in touch with me to say they had been instructed to list a property for sale, that ticked all of my boxes. Matt got me into view the house before it went live online, and I was able to offer and have my offer accepted before it was even photographed. I’d recommend FL&C as a consistent, thorough and professional estate agent to anyone.
