I dealt with Glenn when coming to sell our property. Glenn was very informative, professional and knowledgeable when it came to valuing, advertising and selling our house. If you want to sell your property as stress free as possible, use Foster Lewis & Co. When the mortgage rates shot up, I was desperate to sell and to purchased another property. I called Matthew on a Friday, the next day he came out to take photos and had the property online on the same day. We had viewings already signed up for Monday. Sharon liaised with me when she could do the viewings and within a 2 week span we had a buyer. Sharon was on top of everything. Full communication between 3 solicitors, the buyer, myself, and another estate agent. That's not including all her other clients! She was always there to answer all our questions. 3 months later and we are in our new home and planning the next chapter in our lives. This could not have been possible with out the whole team of Foster Lewis & Co! For people to say that moving is one of the most stressful things, Foster Lewis & Co made it a more pleasant experience. Thanks for all you did for us!!!

I looked at a house Tuesday, offer accepted Tuesday.. My house went up for Sale Friday and Sold within 3 hours. Matthew Costelloe was Exceptional in his manner, his negotiating skills, he came back to me quickly and ensured everybody was treated with respect and fairly whilst carrying out negotiations. Used Foster & Lewis to sell a house in Coventry March 2024 . Brilliant service from all the team ( Sharon, Glen & Mathew ) . House sale was subject to a time limit , must say a massive thank you to the team , especially Sharon , who just stepped up to the plate totally and did loads of chasing , e mailing , phoning etc to make sure the sale went through in the time frame . Have to say without her help I doubt it we’d have hit the specific date we had to exchange contracts by . She’s a top lady and would definitely recommend using Foster & Lewis to anyone . Spoke to Katy regarding a property I seen on their website that I really liked. She called me on the Monday and I explained I wanted a viewing. She scheduled a meeting on Friday with Jez... However in that time her company took on another viewing earlier in the week (what about calling me and asking if I want to view it sooner?) which them people made an offer on that property and it was accepted. Absolutely disgusting to put my viewing at the end of the week to take someone else to see it sooner. First I've ever heard of this estate agent and I don't plan to use them at all. _________________________________________________________________ In Reply to your response - I am not interested in you personally looking into the time of events of who made calls first to see the property. IRegardless of that, all I asked for was a fair change to even be consider for this property on Drayton Crescent to view, as it was perfect location for me, a nice house & a decent price and Katy didn't even give me that chance to view the property as I was told I had to wait until Friday, not my choice but I accepted it. Its not fair for me as I've not be given the chance to participate or been considered & also its not fair for the Vendor as they could of had a better offer, did they even know another viewing was booked in for Friday? I doubt it, because otherwise they would of waited for my offer. I have just picked up your voicemail & to be honest mate, I am not interested in returning your call.
