Hello Francesco. The property that you rented was a let only property, which means that you had day to day dealings with your landlord and not our agency. When you vacated, the landlord said that the property was dirty and he was going to charge you £100.00 to clean it. As your deposit is protected by the DPS I informed you to disagree with the landlords request to withhold £100.00. Your disagreement is with your landlord and not with my company. With regards to us being expensive, I have worked for many agencies in my career to date and I can assure you that we are actually one of the cheapest agencies.
