GoogleI got a job in Europe and appointed Assured Residential as our agents to manage renting out our house in Coventry. I can’t praise them too highly. For nine years they have managed everything; tenants, maintenance, tests, repairs, and finally the sale of our house. The team at Assured Residential took all of the worry out of living abroad and managing the family home in the UK. They are great communicators and have a very competitively priced team of good tradesmen. Thank you team, we couldn’t have done it without your professionalism, enthusiasm and commitment.

GoogleFrom a landlord’s perspective! I had to move away with work and so wanted to rent out my home. After dealing with several estate agents Assured Residential are clearly the most professional. I was very concerned about renting out my home but the staff made it absolutely clear that the right tenants would be put in the property. This was most definitely the case and I had some good tenants. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally, the team at Assured Residential always responded to my quires or concerns in a very short space of time giving me the feeling that they cared about my property and my tenants. Thank you. From a sales perspective… I needed to sell my home and although Assured Residential were new to the sales market they have a wealth of experience from their staff who have worked for other estate agents over the years. I was treated with what I perceive to be a first class service. Thank you for all your help. I hope to deal with you again in the future.

GoogleI’ve been with Assured Residential for 17 months and would recommend to both prospect landlords and tenants. When viewing the property it was refreshing to hear their intent is ensuring the right tenants are in the properties not just filling them. I myself was one of multi tenants interested in my my house, everything about the process was very clear. My tenancy to date has been really good, issues are dealt with really quickly. Ross, Heather and Kirsty are all very friendly and helpful.

GoogleI let my property with assured residential for 2 years and then recently sold with James from Assured Residential. They’ve always been helpful and realistic about issues with letting and selling. They provided good checks and got us excellent tenants. We gave them sole control to sort issues and issues were sorted quickly for tenants.

GoogleAmazing company! They were the only agency who went above and beyond. I strongly recommend them. If it weren't for their extra guidance, we as a family would have been liable for rent on 2 homes due to another (totally unrelated) agency's dodgy dealings. Assured Residential definitely treat both tenants and landlords with the utmost courtesy and respect to ensure that everyone ends with the best possible arrangement for ALL parties involved. I owe them a big thanks!

GoogleBeen with assured residential for 4 years. Sadly had to leave the property as our family has expanded so more rooms were needed. I must say assured have been the nicest and most professional estate agents i have ever dealt with. They are very reliable and deliver a fast service whenever there was a problem with the property it was dealt with usually within 2 days.i personally have dealt with ross and kirsty over the last 4 years and must say each time they have been very pleasant and extreamly helpful. If there was a property big enough for rent through assured residential we would of gladly continued to use them. Highly reccomended .

GoogleMy interaction with Assured Residential was marked by unprofessionalism. Despite receiving a call from John Oldfield, there was a complete lack of follow-up. This disregard for communication reflects poorly on their customer service standards. Disappointed with the experience.

GoogleI would just like to recomend James Macalister , he sold our house in Friars Road, his service was second to non, always helpful and my computer use is very low so he would make sure we have our paperwork we needed. Always kept us up to date and in the loop, very keen all the time, wouldn't go with anyone else thanks

GoogleI've been with Assured Residential for 18 months and I'm only moving out because I just bought my own house. They've been very quick in addressing the issue I had with the boiler. Properties are maintained to a high standard and the relationship with the agents was great - premium service.
