I had a really positive experience renting through this agency. Ross and Kirsty were both fantastic throughout the whole process. They were always friendly, professional and quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed help. Ross has been looking after my property for more than 12 years. As a landlord who is not based locally, I have been provided with nothing but extraordinary service.. stress free and personalised service. Their expertises in the rental property field and professionalism made things so easy for me. I have never experienced any issues with tenants over the past 12 years. Kirsty in the office has been always helpful and patient. She has never failed to get back to me or follow it up whenever I requested something. Assured residential also assisted me to sale my property recently. James provided me with most efficient service and he has gone of his way to help just to make sure the process goes smoothly. We used the services of James to sell our apartment having used Ross and his team at Assured as letting agents for 15 years. This was throughout good and poor periods in the rental market They provided an excellent service up to the sale of the property prior to handing over to James in the Sales team to market the property. James was thorough and professional and great to work with at all times. He kept us informed and updated throughout the process and was honest and forthright- no games! We had 1 viewing that resulted in an offer for the full asking price and the sale completed in reasonable time so we were extremely happy with the outcome. After dealing with several other agents, both in the rental and sales sectors over the years only to be disappointed, we would definitely recommend his services without any hesitation.

I have worked for Assured Residential for nearly 15 years as a contractor responsible for painting and decorating houses between tenants. I have always noted that Ross and the team go the extra mile making sure properties are kept and maintained to extremely high standards. They have always settled invoices in a quick and prompt fashion . I regret to inform you that my recent experience with your establishment was highly unsatisfactory. The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and courtesy during a phone conversation with my wife, which was both shocking and disappointing. Such behaviour reflects poorly on the values of your team. It is imperative that personal issues or complexes are not projected onto potential customers. I strongly recommend addressing these concerns to ensure a more respectful and pleasant interaction in the future. Upon bringing this to their attention, I received an arrogant response from John Oldfield stating we must have got the number wrong and must've spoken to some other agency. Distasteful and nasty behaviour!

Due to our personal experience dealing with them, we view them as Property Market Sharks. Be extremely careful when dealing with Ross (main guy, probably owner of the business) . I cannot fault the rest of the staff members as their communication is very good and responsive (the rest are good). I moved out on the 18th of December, gave Ross my bank details the following day. Today is the 12th of January 2021(3 weeks 3 days since I moved out, and/or 3 weeks 2 days since I gave him my bank details for my deposit refund) and I have not yet received money yet. £120 has been deducted from my deposit for the following: -a tiny dent maybe approximately 2cm on a wall corner (£80 charge) -plus I was charged £40 to replace a socket with a crack with an average market price of £2.50. (manifestly excessive and extortionate). Ross clearly preferred that I chase him up for the deposit. When I expressed displeasure over the deduction (£120 deduction) Ross resorted to the silent treatment and not refund me my deposit just in order to frustrate me with by a further 4 days of silence and not responding to my email. Until I finally sent him an email threatening to take further action. I moved out after living in the flat for 14 months and moved out because of extremely loud sex and banging walls in the flat above us by a resident who had just moved in. Clearly the estate agents did not want me to move, but the environment was no longer conducive for raising a toddler after he had been woken up several nights by sounds of loud moaning, bed screeching and clattering against the wall. I sent Ross the audio recordings and he decided to diminish them as not loud enough on his office computer, completely against the responses we have heard from everyone else who has listened to them. We feel like the Ross decided to get back at us by looking for petty things to nit pick and over charge us. It feels like communication is only effective when they are trying to get new clients and they turn on you when you decide to leave and ask for a refund of your deposit. At the end of our tenancy we didn't expect the evasiveness, exorbitant/extortionate and unnecessary deductions from our deposit as well as our emails being ignored. You only get to know their true colours when you decide to move out. We spent half a day cleaning the house and left it sparkling clean (literally 5 star hotel standards). I wanted my tenancy relationship to end amicably, but the way they treated us was cunning, appalling and very disrespectful, it has left me with no option but to leave this honest review. So in my conclusion, based on our personal experience dealing with them, we view them as property market sharks and be very careful with your deposit, you may lose it all.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Very horrible people. They treated us with contempt. My wife rang them up in relation to a property in Mount Nod to book appointment for viewing. They insisted that both wife and husband should view the house together. My wife told them that I am an HGV driver and I work away from home. They insisted I have to be there. I was working in Wales that day. I have to drive 3hrs yesterday from Wales to Coventry for the appointment at 6pm. Only to find out that the house has been given to someone else. Very disappointed. Stay away from them!!

When applying for the property, the entire process was lacking communication on how they operate and how long it would take. They also ignored any emails about asking for an update on the process as we were obviously excited about renting the property. However, in their only email correspondence, it was phrased as if the application was just a formality and upon checking references succesfully, the property would be ours so we were patiently waiting. Upon a phone call a week later though, it turned out that they never even bothered starting our application as there were a few other applicants interested and they wanted someone else in the end, no reason given. I feel uncomfortable knowing that we handed in all of our personal details to a company who never even bothered to treat our application, or us, with respect and were dismissive during any contact made with them.
