London's West End is one of the most exciting places in the world, that's why we love it. A collection of urban villages with their own distinct identities, Covent Garden, Soho, Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, all areas we're experts in and proud to call our patch. We saw an opportunity to create a straightforward property advisory business & residential agency with a forward thinking approach, stripping back unnecessary procedures and delivering results for our clients and an enriching experience for our customers. We offer the full suite of residential services, Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Development Consultancy & Acquisition Advice. We believe the combination of a highly experienced specialist team, an innovative approach to branding & marketing, the agility of a small firm and unrivalled local knowledge, experience & expertise allows us to deliver commercially astute advice to clients with residential assets in our patch, whether they be owner/occupiers, private investors, commercial entities or institutions. The cornerstones of our business are honesty & integrity, extensive experience and a deep understanding of our niche market and clientèle. We are here to re-define people’s expectations of a residential agency. We are Tavistock Bow.

GoogleWe found our amazing flat through Tavistock Bow. Leanne Saddington was incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the area and select the most relevant properties for us. We only had to visit 3 flats to find the one! Leanne was professional, friendly, super responsive, and very honest. If you’re looking for a great agent in central London, look no further !

GoogleI moved to London in November. Despite the difficult circumstances, the flat search with Tavstock Bow was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Leanne showed me some flats and luckily also some places to go out. Even when questions arose afterwards, there were always helpful answers quickly (thanks to the rest of the team). GoogleThe Tavistock Bow team are superb, fantastic to work with and always give trusted, honest advice. They have the widest range of properties across Covent Garden and Soho for both sales, lettings and development consultancy. To me they are highly recommended and won’t let anyone down. Give them a go.. they won’t ever disappoint.
We aim to deliver and never to disappoint, nice to know we're hitting the target. Thanks for the review! Tavistock Bow

Googlefrom Oliver M Hannah and Tavistock Bow have worked for me on lettings since they started in 2014 , and she and her colleagues for several years before that. They have in depth knowledge of Covent Garden and areas around. They are practical, no waffle, speedy and pleasant. Typical of their style is their excellent newsletter INTHEKNOW: clearly written and full of interest.

GoogleLeanne Saddington made my flat search, and overall move effortless... and we all know how little complications can become big ones! Her responsiveness, honesty, dedication and extra-mile efforts allowed me a move in no time (and in a complicated period). I would (and already have) recommended her to anyone looking to move within the area.

She is professional, friendly and very honest and trustworthy. Her communication skills are excellent. Highly recommend.

GoogleLeanne has helped me navigate the London real estate jungle twice and both times I have ended up with very nice flats. She is helpful and gives an honest opinion about flat prices and leeway for negotiation. Good communication and efficient handling of business.

GoogleA brilliant and unrivalled local knowledge of Covent Garden, soho and surrounding areas. I have met the whole team at Tavistock Bow, and without exception everyone is approachable friendly and knowledgable. They always have great suggestions on what's going on in and around the area, promoting a lifestyle rather than just a place to live. Everything you'd expect from a boutique agency rather than a larger chain.

GoogleDo not trust this real estate broker. They rent out the houses with no hot running water and then cooperate with the landlord to kick the tenant out of the house.
Dear Menekse, we have been through our system and you do not appear to be one of our tenants. I'm sorry to hear that your landlord has served notice, we understand how hard that can be. If we can be of assistance please email lettings@tavistockbow.com. Thank you.

GoogleTavistock Bow is the estate agency that has helped me believe in estate agents again! I recently rented a property through them and from beginning to end they were transparent, excellent at communicating, and just generally lovely people who cared about me as a person. I wish there was an option for 6 stars on Google! Thanks again Team TB
