Tavistock Bow Covent Garden reviews

We had a great experience renting through Tavistock Bow. Chelsea and Alissa were both fantastic throughout the whole process. They were always very responsive, friendly and approachable, which made everything feel straightforward from the start. What really stood out was our initial viewing arranged with Chelsea, and how she treated us with genuine warmth and respect. In an industry where renting can sometimes feel very transactional, she made the effort to treat us like people rather than just another tenancy, which meant a lot. They were also very accommodating and flexible when it came to a few specific requests we had along the way. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily recommend Tavistock Bow to anyone looking to rent through them.

Helaina was wonderful to work with and played a huge role in helping us get on our feet in London. Moving from the US to the UK can be challenging, but she made the entire process feel manageable and well supported. She helped coordinate services, regularly checked in to see how things were going, and made sure we were connected with the management team whenever needed. Having someone so responsive and organized during a big international move made a real difference. Beyond that, Helaina is genuinely kind and went above and beyond what we expected. She worked hard to ensure we found a place we truly love in an area we’re excited to call home. We’re very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend working with her.

Clara was just brilliant throughout the process of selling our home and worked tirelessly on our behalf. She arranged numerous viewings for the buyers while we were away, was always super helpful, attentive to the details, and kept us fully informed with regular updates. The entire Tavistock Bow team was easy to work with and provided outstanding service, from the effort they put into the brochure to their prompt responses to our questions. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Amazing Service - Clear Recommendation! Was looking for a one-bedroom apartment on rather short notice and Helaina kindly connected me with the right property the second it became available. Therfore was able to secure everything with as little as possible time constraint. Helaina made the process super smooth and completely tailored to my situation. Would go again via Tavistock anytime!

We worked with Clara who coordinated the purchase of our flat. She was adaptive and supportive in our specific situation, and she also gave us the solicitors that we ended up choosing and working with on the deal. I appreciate Clara and Craig’s help and their willingness to deal with challenges that we had, the flat purchase was a success

Been renting for a number of years and have not had an experience with Tavistock. first experience was February this year when I was looking for an apartment to rent. Associate Leanne was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. When she was away, her colleague Veronika too over seamlessly. What struck me from my interactions with the Tavistock team compared to many other estate agents I’ve dealt with was how professional they were. 5 stars well deserved and no doubt I would turn to them for any future property needs.

When we started to look for apartments in London we were really worried because we had to move to the UK from abroad. However, with the help from Leanne and Veronika the renting process was smooth and easy. We could always call or mail them and they responded instantly, even on a Sunday. As we didn’t know much about the London housing market, we relied heavily on their information and experience. In the end we have got a beautiful apartment and are very happy!

I fully relied on Leanne’s expertise and support when I was renting a flat in London before moving to the country. She went above and beyond in every step, together with Veronika. Their assistance was invaluable and contributed to a seamless experience. Despite my late arrival and the heavy rain, Leanne was at the flat waiting for me. Her warm welcome instantly eased my concerns about moving to a new place. There were two agent firms advertising the same flat. Although the other firm was larger, I chose Tavistock Bow due to their fantastic reviews, and they did not disappoint. They are truly excellent!

Leanne Saddington is a superbly affable, helpful and knowledgeable real estate agent. In addition to taking the time to understand the property that I was looking for, Leanne proved to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of her coverage area and an excellent instinct for the properties that I would be interested in. She is an expert negotiator and genuinely goes above and beyond to assist through the full process, including with moving in and remaining in touch thereafter. It is clear that Leanne is interested in developing long-term relationships with her clients and it is of little surprise that so many have remained her clients across several agencies - including myself.

Leanne and Veronika at Tavistock Bow have restored my faith in humanity and estate agents! From the very first call until I received my keys, the team has not only been exceptionally professional, but also incredibly personable and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble, and all concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Moving can be stressful, but finding my little jewel of a home in the middle of Leicester Square is the most fabulous reward. I cannot recommend Tavistock Bow highly enough. You guys deserve all the praise. Thank you!

I recently rented a flat in London through Tavistock Bow, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the first viewing to the signing of the tenancy agreement, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. They helped me find a property that matched my requirements and budget, and they were always available to answer my questions. The process of renting a flat can be daunting, especially in a city like London, but Tavistock Bow made it smooth and stress-free. They handled all the paperwork, checks, and references, and they kept me informed at every stage. They also made sure that the flat was clean, well-maintained, and ready for me to move in. Since I moved in, I have had no issues with the flat or the landlord, and Tavistock Bow has been responsive to any queries or requests I have had. I highly recommend Tavistock Bow to anyone looking for a reliable and professional lettings agency in London. They exceeded my expectations and made my renting experience a positive one. Special thanks to Leanne and Stacy.
