The Trusted AgentIn the cutthroat London rental market, we were incredibly fortunate to have Daniella Waterman-Collins on our side.. She was always friendly, proffesional and kept us updated throughout the somewhat frustrating process.of securing a property. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniella and and will certainly be using her for all future rental property transactions.

The Trusted AgentMy dealings with Mike Knowles has been nothing short of excellent!
I put great emphasis on prompt service and attention to detail. Mike Knowles has displayed these attributes and responded to my queries very quickly. I was contemplating between CBRE and another company but because of Mike Knowles' high service level.s, I decided to appoint CBRE over another management agent.

I found Jarryd Reay at CBRE excellent to deal with. Quite in a different league from most other estate agents I have worked with. Straightforward, helpful and understood my requirements, which were not simple, brilliantly to help me find a flat that I am delighted with.

The Trusted AgentHelpful in every detail and very smooth
Will negotiated our flat brilliantly, responded every email in minutes and helped all the way through to the point of having a not at all stressful move. Everything in cbre is well organised and smooth, overall I can just recommend it to prospective tenants.

The Trusted AgentExcellent!
Many lettings agents in London are driven by a sell-side approach, are pushy and don't listen to their client. Alex was very easy to work with and guided the process very professionally to a great outcome. I continued with CBRE because of him.

The Trusted AgentWonderful agent, professional and dedicated
working with Harriet was a pleasure as she made an effort to understand our needs and to find a new home for us (not just to show available properties). She is professional, very positive, punctual and responsible. Everything one might wish for.

The Trusted AgentProfessional, knowledgable and highly recommended
I have found Harriet Thompson of CBRE to be a delight to deal with. She is both highly professional and very knowledgable about her sector. I particularly appreciated the time that she took to understand my individual circumstances and requirements. Her sharp wit was also welcome as was the calmness of her manner. I have had many dealings with agents over the years and I would rank Harriet as amongst the best of them. I would recommend her to anyone.

The Trusted AgentVery efficient support for flat selection and negotiation with landlord
5 stars service from Alex! Alex asked me the right questions which allowed him to assess quickly the type of flat I was looking for. He proposed a highly relevant selection of available locations meeting the agreed criteria. He then swiftly managed the negotiations with the landlord for the signature of the contract. He finally played a key role in making sure that the flat would be delivered in a perfect state (painting and cleaning). Thanks again for your efficient support! Frederic

The Trusted AgentA True Professional
Coming over from the US, Alex took us on a tour around London on a Saturday for twelve hours, simply to accomdate our schedule as we were only in own for a brief twenty four hours with the sole purpose of finding a flat. His range of picks for us to look at was exactly what we had hoped for, with each one a potential place. When we found "the one", I'm quite sure Alex did not eat or sleep until we had secured the property. We had gone back to the states and, because of the time difference, had to speak at times that were late at night or early in the morning for him. Every time he answered and he got the job done effortlessly, making a particularly nerve wracking process of finding a home in a foreign country something I hope we have the opportunity to have Alex's help doing again in the future. A true professional, highly recommended.

The Trusted AgentThrilled to bits
Jessica helped us to achieve what we wanted, and where we wanted it ! Not an easy task, especially given the limited number of residential opportunities in the area. We found her to be both charming and a consummate professional, and would highly recommend her and CBRE to anyone who asked. Prior to meeting Jessica, we had dealt with several agents from other agencies, some charming, some professional, and some just plain dreadful !

The Trusted AgentWhat a Star!
To illustrate Harriet's efficiency, we looked around a property on Monday lunchtime and as I wake on Wednesday morning, we have confirmation of possession! A remarkable work ethic and a delight to deal with - bright, knowledgeable and easily contactable. From our recent experience, Harriet deserves to have her unique combination of skills rewarded well and we would like to wish her every success in what will surely be a very bright future.

The Trusted AgentGreat form start to finish
Moving across the pond can be stressful but Jessica helped us from start to finish with the process. She was very responsive from our first inquiry and helped us quickly check out the properties that were available in our budget and desired neighborhood. She was easy to get in touch with and her outgoing personality made it was for us to reach out if we had any questions or issues along the way.
