First of all so sorry, that my review is coming so late. Should have done it weeks ago because Alex had definitely deserved it ! He helped me to negotiate earlier date of moving in my studio flat, then he helped me with furnishing and finally with my first rental payment which wasn't easy because I am a Croatian citizen. He was and still is always here, available for any renting problem and information. I can highly recommend Alex to any future tenant. He is young but responsible, fast and kind with - I'm sure bright professional future ahead of him.

My husband and I moved from the USA in mid-August and promptly started our flat rental search. I came across Alex through CBRE's website, and had a seamless process to book time with him. Highly professional ans delightful to work with

Harriet was an absolute delight to work with, her efficiency is unremarkable and she completely understood the kind of property I was looking for and doesn't try to stir me towards any direction. Harriet is well knowledged about her sector, any request I gave she seems to immediately have in mind a property to show me. It's hard to find an agent who really put herself in my shoe as a tenant to look out for what would accommodate all my needs but she would do exactly that. I met Harriet on my daughter's strong recommendations. She studies in London and Harriet has been helping her find a flat at a suitable budget/ location for about 2 months. In the entire process of flat hunting, she kept in touch regularly with new listings that answered our needs. Though the two offers did not eventually materialise, Harriet continued to support my 20-year-old with excellent advice on best practices, and helped to verify important and confusing pieces information on market practices coming from different sources. That makes her the one you should go after if you are looking for an agent that will very quickly understand who you are, your taste and what your priorities are. I believe Harriet likes a challenge and is determined to deliver without asking you to compromise. Highly Recommended Professional Knowledgeable Agent!

I have been working with Daniella from the Covent Garden office for the last month or two. She has been extremely efficient in assisting me take on new properties for our company. She listens and understand our requirements so only suggests properties that she think will work for us which saves us time! Daniella is very knowledgeable about all the properties she shows us and is able to answer all related questions. Really friendly - Daniella is our preferred letting agent!

Daniella helped us to find a flat last year and was really great so, when we decided to move again this year, she was our first port of call. Daniella is really friendly and remembered us from last year including all of our requirements. She listened carefully to our feedback on our existing flat and was able to show us a number of potentially suitable places. We were able to secure our favourite and Daniella got everything sorted in a pretty tight timeframe, which was complicated by the fact that we were travelling abroad at the time. Daniella is so much more likeable and easy going than agents at some other firms (who can be really pushy!) so we were really pleased to find a place with her again.

Everything worked out very well

We were looking for an apartment in London and I flew in one day and found two apartments I really liked. Jessica, one of the agents I dealt with was very helpful during this search as she gave me all the information and the time I needed to look at the places. It is crucial that you feel the agent gives you enough time in the apartment, as it is quite an important decision to actually bid on a place. So we were very pleased when the landlord accepted our offer and the administrative side was also dealt with speedily and professionally. I can only recommend Jessica, it is a pleasure to have to do with her.

It is such a breath of fresh air to deal with a genuine professional agent in London in a market which is saturated with inexperienced, unprofessional agents. Emily went above and beyond our expectations and really took the time to listen to our requirements. Following a number of viewings Emily thought outside the box and mentioned a property which was soon to be available which sounded ideal but she had not yet viewed herself. Exceptional

Will and I spoke in connection with a flat I was looking to rent. Whilst that flat was not available for the dates I required, Will kept my details on record. A few weeks later whilst I was abroad he contested me about a potential flat which he felt would suit my requirements. Although I couldn't view it in person (due to being abroad) Will went out of his way to facilitate my situation including sending photos and enabling me to conduct a FaceTime viewing from Toronto! I ended up reserving the flat. Whilst there were delays with my ultimately getting the flat (due to contractor/developer issues), Will was available to respond to my (numerous) requests for information and updates and in doing so was able to manage both my concerns (as tenant) and no doubt the landlords too. He was prompt, considerate, efficient and always went beyond normal expectations even ultimately assisting with helping me to move boxes and deal with post completion matters after I was technically someone else's responsibility. I cannot but recommend Will in the highest terms - an exceptional agent and a credit to his team.

Emily is professional, efficient, and fun to work with.

We moved to the UK this year, and Emily went out of her way to help us find a flat. When she and I met up and she said "We're going to see nine places this afternoon" I thought she was joking. Sure enough, she had arranged access to a range of places, making the best possible use of my time. Each time a place wasn't right for us, I'd say "Nope" and she'd say "Right then, on we go." without attempting to talk me into anything. Moving back to London after 20 years living in Kent was quite a daunting prospect as the rental market had become so cut-throat and operated at breakneck speed.
