I can’t recommend pattinson estate agents enough, from the first gentleman that showed us round for our viewing to every person we’ve dealt with they have been amazing. I’ve mainly dealt with Emily and she is an absolute credit to the company she helped us so much with everything even things that she didn’t have to deal with she went above and beyond for me and my partner. Amazing company with such lovely staff thank you so much for everything.

Worst service by agency don't trust them , offered two houses , but agency keeps saying customer want to go with other person although we offered more , I think agency is taking some money from buyer and refusing offer with offers customer service also worst not in clear in sales . I personally recommend please go with different agency.

GoogleAfter initial valuation I moved out abroad and James (who wasn't answering my emails for weeks) and Sandra was trying to use the fact that I'm away and they have all my paperwork and house keys to sell well below the market value. And well below the valuation value. Thank God I found a buyer myself. Look at the email I received. These are cheap manipulation techniques. Selling a property is putting us in vulnerable situation. These are our life savings and there must be trust between sides. In this case the trust was broken. I'm not selling some mansion or villa, it's a spacious flat above the shops in reasonable price so every 5k makes a massive difference when it comes to the return of the investment. I wish I never went to the Pattisons. Their ethics are rotten and definitely not worth the trust to give in their hands our future that is sometimes dependent on the amount we will get. Now I know for sure that this property was promised to the potential buyer for less and they tried to manipulate me. Look at this:

I have had a very positive experience with Pattinsons. I rang on a Saturday morning for an appointment and Daniel arrived on Monday at 1pm. By Tuesday my house was marketed with excellent photographs and a steady stream of viewings. Within little more than a week it had been sold. I found Daniel and the staff professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I also found Lucy Briscoe at Core Legal very efficient. I’ve had a positive outcome as my house has completed within 8 weeks. I would recommend Pattinsons and would certainly use them again in the future should I require another move.

The agent who handle my property doesn't do the job, whats promised and whats delivered don't match. I got the flat key on 28/08 and before that I was told the blinds will be installed, i will recevie the flat fully clean like a new house, doors will be fixed as some door don't close.

Contact was great at the start but that's all I can say. Incredibly poor communication between their own staff and the people who have been in touch have essentially ghosted me, they're not interested because I'm not selling soon despite being told someone would call me back/send the free valuation I requested. When chased, I got an incredibly short message from a Miss Pattinson (I really hope not related to owners) to say she was out of office, essentially not wanting anything to do with it. Outstanding service and experience with another competitor though.

Booked viewing appointments through Linda in the Blyth branch. All went to plan, the ones Linda conducted went smoothly and the ones with homeowners were great too. I visited one property on 11th Oct; had a second viewing on 13th Oct; offered on it 14th Oct and sale was agreed quickly. Linda is friendly, helpful, efficient and professional - a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

We put are house on the market with pattersons in January and not many viewings. It was also on market with another agent who did sell it. Seemed ok with feed back from the 2 viewings we got from them but maybe it was due to other agent selling it for us we didn't get alot from them.

Dreadful experience with this company. Be very careful before you sign any kind of contract with them. I have, in effect, just had to pay them £10,000 for their minimal input in failing to secure a sale of my late father's property. Legally within their rights, but ethically and morally bankrupt.

Our auction agreements clearly set out the circumstances in which a fee may become payable by a vendor, including where a sole selling rights agreement is in place and a buyer introduced to a property through our marketing subsequently goes on to purchase that property. We aim to be as clear and transparent as possible throughout the auction process, including in relation to buyers introduced through our marketing and the contractual arrangements that apply. Where a fee is applicable, this is determined by the terms of the signed agreement and the circumstances surrounding the subsequent sale. We appreciate that every transaction is different and are sorry that you have been left feeling dissatisfied with your experience. We sold a property and used their recommended solicitors... A big mistake. In the main Pattinson people are helpful... but why would they recommend Bridge view law who were the worst solicitors we have ever dealt with.?... Interestingly a look at Trust pilot would definitely make you NOT use Pattinson recommended lawyers.. so think carefully before you are persuaded by Pattinson to do this.... They told me they are very used to auctions and as such very professional... NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. The auction experience was not great... On balance I would not recommend it. Use your own solicitor and sell by a high street agency.

I concluded on a property on this day. Whilst some of us might watch 'trash TV' such as Bargain Hunt, this was my first ever auction. So, no Toby Jug, although, your primary home. All whom I interacted with were professional, friendly, and efficient. Technically we concluded slightly over the legal period, although zero grumbling from this organisation. I don't rule out another interaction in future.

Just constant bombardment from all there branches all because I liked properties from a central website like right move etc, its constantly phone call and emails, its a joke I've asked 4 times now to be removed true story, another true story they still haven't taken me off there database, fed up with them
