GoogleWe had an offer accepted in writing on a property and were aware that due to our circumstances it may have not been a concrete sale. However, I would have hoped that should they have proceeded with another buyer a simple curtesy call to let us know the situation would have been the minimum expectation, this obviously did not happen and when I contacted them there was no acknowledgement of my position simply a better luck next time. Extremely poor!
Hi Daryll, for clarity, another offer was indeed accepted on Friday. You were diarised a courtesy call that day but regrettably, you called us before we managed to get to you. I have spoken to my colleague who spoke with you and she certainly does not recall saying 'better luck next time' although she does recall wishing you luck with you search. We will of course keep you informed with other houses that come available and please let us know as soon as you have a buyer for your property.

From the: -Initial search consultation (very specific / well screened viewings) -Support in sale (we achieved an excellent price inline with their valuation) -purchase viewing and offer processing (fair process) -orchestration of the transaction (helping to unblock / maintain momentum, they were selling the purchase too) - after care service W&M provided (moving in present, even 20 months on checking in again) In summary W&M provided an excellent e2e sale and purchase service and i would definitely recommend. GoogleDominic is so far the most professional realtor I have met in UK. My wife and I are relocating from NYC to London and we could not attend the viewing physically.
