Gemma Greasley from the Crystal Palace branch went above and beyond to help us find a suitable place. When we thought we weren't going to find a place that ticked most of the boxes, through either Streets Ahead or other, Gemma really came through and found us an amazing place. Gemma checked a flat's details and once knowing it was suitable, called and sent through a video and we knew it was the right one and we signed up then and there. Gareth, was so helpful throughout! Always constant with his communication with me & my family. Because of covid-19 he was still able to show us variety of properties via virtual recordings. Which by the way showed great quality videos in wide angle showing the whole property, it almost feels like we are viewing it physically but from the comfort of our home. Thanks to friendly, professional Zeenat Malik and great agency that have been helpful through the process from viewings through to tenancy. I would recommend this agency for a number of reasons namely as I have found them to be very genuine which is rather a unique trait to hold (in my experience of letting agents).Zeenat took us on our first viewing of the property where we currently live. She had exceptional knowledgeable of the property, the location and had a very professional and caring approach, she was a breath of fresh air in contrast to the agents we have come across at other agencies. We felt we were given plenty of time at the property and that although it was a hot property with lots of viewings, we were made very welcome and not pressured during the visits. I have nothing but positive things to say about Streets Ahead Coulsdon. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Kai and Faye - they are professional, extremely responsive and always had my best interests at heart. I came to SA having been severely let down by another reputable local agent and their poor marketing strategy. However, within moments of meeting Kai I knew it would be different with SA - and how right I was. Within a week of relaunch they had secured 3 good offers, despite Covid19, and once we had agreed on a price they continued to proactively manage the sale personally (unlike others who wash their hands with you and pass you on to another office as soon as you are under offer). It is the consistency and hardwork that really sets them apart. I wouldn't dream of using another agent if buying or selling in the Coulsdon area.
