GoogleI have a received a thoroughly professional service from Bond and Sherwill and I am delighted to be able to wholeheartedly recommend them. I have purchased a property through them and have found the service and care I have received to be exemplary. I have had the pleasure of dealing with an agent called Johny Bury and he is in the truest sense of the word a gentleman. He has been kind, trustworthy and polite and has gone out of his way to help and advise me. I have also met with the owner Lee who was also charming and dedicated. How refreshing to deal with a company who value you and do what they say they are going to do. Through Bond and Sherwill I have found my dream home and I am very grateful to them for making a very stressful and difficult process painless.
Bravissimo!

GoogleWe have recently sold our property through Bond and Sherwill Estate Agents in Coulsdon and have nothing but praise for the customer service we received. Our sale was managed by Johny Bury who was a true professional. He worked incredibly hard on our behalf and secured an offer on our property within days of it going on the market. He communicated with us regularly, answered all of our queries quickly and efficiently, and kept us fully up to date on progress with the sale. Nothing was too much trouble and Johny ensured that our sale proceeded smoothly. We would strongly recommend Bond and Sherwill and have been incredibly impressed with their approach and professionalism. They would definitely be our first choice for any future property sale or purchase. A great company with a personal touch.

GoogleMy partner kept sending online queries and never heard back. When I called got told to call back rather than taking my details down and calling me back. This is a late review, I contacted them over a month ago.

Dear Prakash,
I am sorry to hear about your experience. I took the liberty to contact Rightmove, Zoopla and our IT department to try and find any records of your email enquiries. Unfortunately, they have all replied and said that they have no record of any enquiries from yourself.
Please could you get in contact with either myself or one of our senior members of staff so that we can assist you on this matter?

GoogleBond & Sherwill handled the sale of a property for us in a excellent way. As we are living abroad it was very important to have a trustworthy estate agent. We are very happy with the way both Lee and Johny handled the sale. They kept informing us about the process as we weren't used to the way this goes in the UK. Many compliments and gratitude for your service. Truus Brussaard The Netherlands.

GoogleHighly recommended. They were our vendors estate agents but helped to coordinate the complicated sale and purchase. Their knowledge, advice and guidance through the process was invaluable. They kept us informed throughout and went out of their way to ensure a successful outcome. I am sure the chain would have broken without their vigilance as our own estate agents were less than helpful.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Bond and Sherwill. The estate agent (Samantha) bent over backwards to help us secure our rental accommodation. We felt she was a true advocate for us throughout the whole process.
