GoogleHighly recommended. Good team and nice landlord. We have been with them as a tenant for more than four years and Lee & the staffs were very supportive and responsible. We had really nice experience with the team and the landlord. Even in the Covid19 situation Lee gave us immediate response to resolve the issues. GoogleAfter a hostile exchange with the property consultant of the Coulsdon branch, it is safe to say that I will not be using Bond & Sherwill to further my search in finding accommodation. I was sent an e-mail where I was falsely accused of giving someone else's contact details instead of my own. The person had an aggressive tone and didn't ask me if I had used someone else's number but upon speaking to the person from who's number I apparently stole, the property consultant took sides. When I confronted the property consultant back, I discovered that the number was similar to mine but not mine. It is obvious that one of the colleagues there had mixed up my number. I suggest that the employees at Bond & Sherwill are given better tips on how to address their clients
Dear Shaina I’m sorry about your experience today with Bond & Sherwill. I have reviewed the conversation history between you and my employee via email. Not once in the conversation did my employee accuse you of falsely given the incorrect number or even stealing it. He merely stated that the number you had given belonged to another person after he attempted to call you to help with your property search. The individual’s number which was provided by yourself had been contacted by many estate agents to his annoyance. It’s obvious now that your number and the incorrect number provided by Zoopla are very similar and I assume this must have been a typing error from your end or an error from Zoopla. As regards to the tone of the email whilst I don’t believe my employee was rude to you, acknowledgment of how it made you feel could have been handled more sympathetically and this will be addressed. Thank you for your feedback.

GoogleI will not be dealing with these estate agents ever again! Poor and unethical business practices. We made an offer on a rental property and they kept making changes - first it was six weeks deposit then 8 weeks. Finally when agreed to all their terms they said landlord took property off the market. They kept playing with us and landlord, hence landlord took the property off of them and listed with another estate agents. They said to me monthly rental £1250 where in Landlord listed property with another agent for £1200. They are Greedy company who thinks of their best interest rather than Landlords/Tenants. Avoid dealing with them.

I have looked into this matter and can assure you that my staff were acting in the landlord's and your best interest. The deposit amount was increased due to you wishing to keep a dog at the property. Unfortunately the landlord did decide to withdraw the property from the market. We assure all of our customers our best intentions at all times.

GoogleDealing with the Lettings woman who is called Sam and she is highly rude, unhelpful and untruthful. Put the phone down on me as she claimed to very busy so could not deal with a problem that has been going for a long time and needs to be resolved and in matter of a fact has made the problem worse.
Thom Archer has never been a client of ours. Mr Archer has never complained to myself Lee Harding (Branch Manager) in connection with any of my staff. I can assure everyone that my staff always conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Our aim is to have happy and contented clients who are completely satisfied with our services.

GoogleI have a received a thoroughly professional service from Bond and Sherwill and I am delighted to be able to wholeheartedly recommend them. I have purchased a property through them and have found the service and care I have received to be exemplary. I have had the pleasure of dealing with an agent called Johny Bury and he is in the truest sense of the word a gentleman. He has been kind, trustworthy and polite and has gone out of his way to help and advise me. I have also met with the owner Lee who was also charming and dedicated. How refreshing to deal with a company who value you and do what they say they are going to do. Through Bond and Sherwill I have found my dream home and I am very grateful to them for making a very stressful and difficult process painless. Bravissimo!
