GoogleAs a Landlord, Homelink have been the Agency we have used for the 14 years we have owned the house. They were great from the outset and got us a vetted tenant very quickly. Any maintenance problems have been dealt with quickly. I have largely used their own contractors to have repairs done to a good standard. The staff have been helpful, polite and efficient. I am also a director of the Management company where my flat is situated. I was so impressed I recommended Homelink to my fellow directors to block manage all flats (24) when we decided to change from the previous management company. . We have never regretted our decision and are delighted with the service we receive. They carefully manage the budgets so the service charge to the tenants is very fair. GoogleAwful experience at this letting company. Rented a flat with my partner for 6 months with them, never again. Had a faulty door at the flat, reported it and they failed to send someone out. On the 3rd attempt, they finally sent a tradesman, who still managed to botch the repair and the lock still didn't work properly.
The flat had numerous problems, including rising damp, despite informing Homelink - nothing was done.
Requested a move to somewhere else nearby, the manager said that he would only move us if we paid the admin fee again, as it was a 'business' (How dedicated to customer satisfaction). Shrugged his shoulders when informed about our difficulties with his company and their poor customer care.
Eventually left the flat after 6 months and went elsewhere, now renting with Lime properties and have a much more professional letting agents to help us with our problems. I'd advise you not to use Homelink, they are a Mickey Mouse outfit.

We need the property urgently and they have done the process so quickly that we were amazed and received the keys on time after completing the paperwork. The quality of their service and their professionalism in every aspect of their business were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to rent a property in Hull or surrounding areas. Whilst all of the staff were helpful and pleasant in the delivery of their service, I would like to mention the names of Nicola, Sindia, Rachel, and Linda in their areas of expertise, and they were always prompt in dealing with any problems and requests. At the conclusion of my tenancy, the termination procedures and the prompt return of my deposit could in no way be faulted.
