YellGreat Agency, 99% of deposit returned.
We lived in the rented property for just over two years, on the Marina in Hull. Homelink were very helpful, the move in was smooth, everything was explained clearly (including our rights on the deposit). At one point of the Let, the heating cut out and we were without heating for a couple if days over the Christmas period. Homelink were fast to act considering this was over the Christmas period and the issue was sorted. Other issues such as the shower reducing in pressure was down to the Landlord not wanting to upgrade the pump, not the agency themselves. They supplied a plumber who gave advise and price, the Landlord decided to not pursue. We have just received 99% of our deposit back, only an hour’s wage for a cleaner for any spots we missed. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

GoogleFrom day one home-link have been amazing. Fabulous letting agency, I could not recommend a nicer group of people. My daughter and I have loved our time in the flat we rented from them with a great relationship with the landlord and agency. Very helpful and I wish the company all the best. Thank you.

GoogleWonderful agency, always helped out when needed and tried to get the Landlords to carry out work. Stayed with this Agency for just over two years, boiler broke down at one point in winter and was swiftly sorted. Other issues were strictly down to the landlord and not the agency. we receive 98% of our deposit back, only charge for an hours worth of cleaning. 10/10 would recommend!

Appalling service, my daughter asked them to send references and other things needed for a future move, very unprofessional and rude on the phone saying "don't have time! to do what was asked ...by an email that was sent 5 days ago. Causing stress and upset to her and her partner.No way friendly, and at this rate their reputation is going down the pan! Will not recommend
