GoogleHomelink have been our letting and management agent for some time now and we just wanted to leave some feedback about their service, which has been excellent. They somehow manage to minimise void periods by being really proactive at finding tenants, and good quality ones too, and they're really on the ball with the ongoing management, dealing promptly with any property issues arising and keeping us regularly informed. The monthly statements are great for our records/tax returns. Not forgetting of course the friendly, efficient and professional team that look after us so well! Always quick to respond to any queries and issues ensuring that the work is authorised and carried out by the landlord. GoogleAs a Landlord, Homelink have been the Agency we have used for the 14 years we have owned the house. They were great from the outset and got us a vetted tenant very quickly. Any maintenance problems have been dealt with quickly. I have largely used their own contractors to have repairs done to a good standard. The staff have been helpful, polite and efficient. Martin runs a tight ship....a professional outfit. Thanks for the backup over the years, it’s been reassuring to know that Homelink will be there with any issues. Thanks to all the staff but especially to Denise and to more recently Nicola who has a lovely manner....courteous and pleasant and very easy to deal with. GoogleHomelink have managed my flat very efficiently for six years. Always there to help and give advice and have provided excellent tenants over the years. I am also a director of the Management company where my flat is situated. I was so impressed I recommended Homelink to my fellow directors to block manage all flats (24) when we decided to change from the previous management company. . We have never regretted our decision and are delighted with the service we receive. They carefully manage the budgets so the service charge to the tenants is very fair. GoogleAwful experience at this letting company. Rented a flat with my partner for 6 months with them, never again. Had a faulty door at the flat, reported it and they failed to send someone out. On the 3rd attempt, they finally sent a tradesman, who still managed to botch the repair and the lock still didn't work properly. The flat had numerous problems, including rising damp, despite informing Homelink - nothing was done. Requested a move to somewhere else nearby, the manager said that he would only move us if we paid the admin fee again, as it was a 'business' (How dedicated to customer satisfaction). Shrugged his shoulders when informed about our difficulties with his company and their poor customer care. Eventually left the flat after 6 months and went elsewhere, now renting with Lime properties and have a much more professional letting agents to help us with our problems. I'd advise you not to use Homelink, they are a Mickey Mouse outfit.
