I was interested in renting a property from H F Lettings, so I sent a message through Rightmove and received no response. I left it for over a week then called and left a voicemail message to which again I had no response. With this in mind I will look elsewhere for a property. From the point of view of a landlord, I would be concerned that HF are not responding to people who want to rent from them and so their property could potentially sit empty for longer than necessary. From the point of view of a perspective tenant I would probably try elsewhere if you want to receive any kind of response.

We arrived back in the UK a couple of years ago and were dreading going in to the rental market as we’d heard lots of horror stories (and experienced a few of our own many moons ago too). Well I can’t speak highly enough of Laura Summers and the whole HF Lettings team. It really has been an absolute pleasure to deal with each and every one of the team over the last 2 ½ years and we are now moving to another property, thankfully also under HF Letting’s watchful eye. They always go above and beyond what’s necessary so huge thanks to you all.

I've got nothing but positive things to say about HF - whenever we've needed to speak to them over nearly 4 years they've always been really responsive and really effective They're also the first agent I've ever come across that recognise that they work for both the tenant and the landlord and they are really fair and equitable which is great. We've bought our own house now but, if we were still renting I'd have no hesitation about using HF again.
