GoogleA great team , asked P&P to sell our late Mothers home ,Special thanks to Simon who was so thoughtful and made everything hassle free at a difficult time for us .Simon liaised with the other agents in the chain and kept us updated all the way through until completion . FacebookDo not use this company, take 6 weeks to even put a property on rightmove and then encourage you to go with a a totally inappropriate buyer becuase they know them resulting in several months wasted and now a house which is unable to sell because of the rise in interest during the 7 months of wasted time. I have lost tens thousands of pounds because of this company. Unless you have a high end property which they will cash in on they simply do not care about your situation. now having to report to ombudsman for malpractice.

I was very grateful for the viewing they organised for me as it seemed to be quite difficult to find anything with other local agents. I bought a property through them and despite the process taking some time (from my initial offer to completion), they retained their efficiency, good humour and helpful outlook. Simon Terrell, with whom I mainly dealt, is a nice man who does his best for his clients, whilst dealing with buyers like me, very professionally. I am now retired, but having been in the property business for many years, and having met many estate agents in that time, I can honestly say that they are first class. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone wishing to sell a property. Honest, decent and good communicators, they are a credit to their Late founder, Phil Parkes.

GoogleSimon from Parkes & Pearn was exceptional from our first viewing right up to when we collected the keys to our new home. He was extremely helpful when we needed to view the property often at very short notice, and worked with us to meet the surveyors at the property at a time that suited them. Any questions we had for the vendors were answered promptly, and in depth. He has a wealth of knowledge of the area and I would highly recommend simon and Parkes & Pearn

GoogleParkes and Pearn take pride in their customer service and this is entirely justified. The service I received was personal and based on what kind of property I was looking for. Their communication has beeen excellent: whenever I have emailed I have received a very prompt and helpful reply. They also don't feel like the usual pressured, corporate estate agents I have experienced before. All my contacts with them have been positive and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
