FacebookPaul Le Bas is arguably the greatest estate agent in the country! During our recent property purchase in St Ives, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much, and he always attempted to accommodate our requirements - which were plentiful given our lack of proximity to the property! Hugely personable, incredibly responsive, and highly knowledgeable, Paul is a hidden gem amongst estate agents! I was also impressed with Millerson as a whole - attentive and approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things ran smoothly. Paul personifies all of these positive traits! Excellent and outstanding, this has been one of the best house purchases I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in. I can’t wait to buy our next property with the help of Paul (and Millerson)!

We were selling a property from a distance, Hannah was brilliant providing all the information we needed at her valuation visit, had viewings booked quickly, monitored the property and was very flexible to help us manage the assessments and documentation needed remotely. We then decided to let the flat through them as well. Claire Brand was brilliant through every step of the process, keeping us informed of everything, and nothing was too much trouble. Always happy to go the extra mile, easy to get in touch with and discuss any matters, super friendly and down to earth from understanding our needs when viewing to dealing with the details when we had put in an offer. Far superior to other estate agents we have dealt with. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
