Tracey Pilkerton was the main sales negotiator dealing with our sale and from the very start she kept us fully up to date with what was happening as well as maintaining a very good relationship with our buyers. We are very grateful to her for her hard work on our behalf. Also thank you to Ross Barrett who we dealt with initially and to Val Stone who was involved in much of the behind the scenes negotiation. I have just sold my house through, what I consider to be the best estate agents; Millerson, HAYLE. My house sale has been a long journey due to fickle buyers and a climbing market, however, I was so beautifully looked after by this professional and caring team. During all of the ups and downs of my sale over the past fifteen months, I have felt the kind assurance of this agency, looking after my best interests, which I could not fault. I have to particularly commend the Manager, Paul Le Bas, who always went beyond the call of duty, in dealing with my viewings and anything that was required in my absence to do with my property. He was always so positive during my disappointments, due to loss of sales and I can honestly say that it was his utter positivity, that got me through to a successful exchange and completion.
