After having a real struggle finding suitable accommodation for myself and my daughter , Miller were extremely helpful . Cian was a breath of fresh air compared to the countless other estate agents I had to deal with. He was helpful , reassuring and very thorough with all details and managed to find me the lovely home I’m in now . Miller we’re very understanding compared to other estate agents with the difficulty of finding a suitable home , especially here in Cornwall . I couldn’t recommend Cian and all the other staff there .

Awful experience

Awful experience. They kept losing my details. Finally booked a property valuation, but then no-one bothered to turn up. Instead of apologing for wasting my time they described it as a "miscommunication", did not offer to come out that day or the day after, but in a week's time. If they don't want the chance to sell a beautiful cottage with a large garden and awesome views they clearly aren't going to make any effort to sell a property. Lucky escape - but a huge waste of my time.

We recently purchased a house in Falmouth through Miller Countrywide and both Danielle and Gary were absolutely amazing. It was a complicated purchase as well as covid delays our vendor unfortunately died during the process and we then had to cope with the delays of probate. After putting our house on the market with another local estate agent with no joy and then an even worse experience with a national online agent we decide to give Miller Counrtywide a go. Turned out to be a very worthwhile decision! They succeeded where others failed and we had an offer on our property in no time at all! Nick Brown and his team of agents are not only highly professional in their approach but also friendly too. They understood our reasons for wanting to move. They talked us through the process, arranged for a professional photographer to take the pics and then came back again to measure up and do the floor plan all of which lead to our property listing looking the absolute business! Now it’s over to the solicitors to do their thing and hopefully we’ll be in our new home before Easter! Thanks again to Nick and the team, without whom we wouldn’t be looking forward to moving on to the next chapter in our lives.

Johanna Wiethof has been exemplary in sorting out getting tenants for our property. From meeting her to our tenants moving in has been 2 weeks. She organised the photos, advertising, appointments for viewings and drew up the tenancy agreements as well as going the extra mile and arranging for the necessary gas & electric certificates and inventory. Nick Brown the manager was very helpful and welcoming with a team of people who were pleased to see me, and most of the time i was very pleased to see them as well. The sale was exceptionally difficult but once Nick recognized some substantial issues with my property (out of his control), he suggested we go to auction which was fantastic as we managed to exchange and completion to my difficult timescales. I further purchased through Miller Countrywide, and although again there were some issues with japanese knottweed, the team were accommodating and the expertise to get it through was fantastic. I genuinely feel they put me in the best possible position both mentally and financially to make this happenn I Would highly recommend Nick and the team, they are head and shoulders above all of their competitors in Falmouth

The team have proven to offer a personal, friendly, & informative service in the selling of our house. Nick came out to our property and spent time answering the many questions we had with a reassuring and positive attitude. It was also appreciated that we could contact Nick outside of office hours.
