Will was absolutely amazing helping me find a property. He was honest and genuine, moving can be stressful and worrying but I was reassured the whole time. The moving process was quick, and I am now currently in my new home. If I had any problems or questions I would call will and would always awnser and be around. Wish I could give 0 stars. They tried to move me into an unsafe building which had homeless people urinating and feces in the corridor and stairs. Vulgar graffiti on the walls. And disguised it as a luxury apartment. When I enquired about the safety of the building they just said "You're not getting your money back". They don't care about you they just want to make fast money using the fear of loss method.

GoogleI had used Martin and Co, Falmouth as the agent to let my property in Falmouth and I could not fault them, they were very professional. So when it came to selling the property I used the sales side of Martin and Co to sell it. Gary was excellent, dealing with the potential buyers and keeping me informed of the ups and downs of the progress of the sale. Due to Gary being on top of everything the sale went through in less than 6 weeks. Thank you Martin And Co, I would thoroughly recommend you to anyone.

Martin & Co - Reading have been a pleasure to deal with. Ben Dreyer and his team have helped to make the whole process of selling my deceased father-in-law’s home, so simple and straightforward. The communication with Ben, Alex & Eleanor has been friendly and informative, they attended to everything quickly and promptly and always kept me in the loop of where we were in the process. I have not sold a house following a death before or acted as an executor so finding a good estate agency such as this has been a huge benefit to me and our family.

Very disrespectful estate agents, terrible service, think they are above others. Ella from Martin & Co at the Hobbs Moat branch is incredibly rude and even threatens clients, we were collecting our keys and she was openly threatening and disrespecting us. They only care about commission and are incredibly entitled. Do not follow basic etiquette and constantly lie without hesitation. I do not recommend anyone use this estate agents.

Absolute poor service. I honestly think these guys are scammers. They don’t reply to emails fast enough, the agent (Chloe) is never in office and very rude. Lost two properties because they are slow with communication and no remorse at all. They wanted to keep my holding deposit even though they cancelled the contract from their end. Do not use this company.

GoogleI rented my first property with Martin & Co, Falmouth, almost seven years ago, close to this date, and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Their professionalism, hospitality and dedication to providing 1st class customer service has made living in one of their properties feel like a dream. My tenancy, prior to this one with Martin & Co, was fraught with much contention and moving out felt like it was going to be an absolute nightmare, and it could have been, but they did so much to assuage any worries, that had arisen during that perilous move, that it made moving an absolute joy. Any problems, we have had with the property, have been dealt with, in a graceful manner, by our amazing property manager, Ann Beskeen, a true star, who has a gift for dealing with issues in a resourceful pragmatic manner, by keeping things simple for us, and circumventing any problems that wouldn’t lead to the best possible outcome for both parties. This perspicacity can be said of any of the team at Martin & Co, Falmouth, as any enquiries, any correspondence between myself and them, has always been polite, tactful, and free from any perturbation. Even though I have enjoyed my many years as their tenant, due to my age, as I am over 60, I will now sadly be leaving my current abode for an over 60’s property. And, while I was dreading the thought of severing ties and the penalties, which could arise by resigning my tenancy at the property, I can state, happily, that due the generosity of my landlord, and with the hard work of diligent team member Rebecca T. Hewson, who corresponded with my landlord, my fears have now been placed in abeyance. As the old saying goes, “Home is where the heart is”, well, if your are looking for a company who places this ideal, above everything else, as the first priority for their customers, then you won’t find a better place rest your head than in a property of Martin & Co, Falmouth.

Myself and my partner viewed a property of theirs. We were told we were the first to view, after confirming our interest and willingness to move forward they said they would pass our details along to the landlord. after WEEKS of trying to contact them we have recieved NOTHING except opened messages and hung up phone calls. Not only unprofessional but rude. Will not approach this company EVER again

I have never left a review before but I am hoping the seller of the property New Railway Cottages reads this and changes agents. I have tried to see this property a few times now, the first time was in July, I sent a request for a viewing and I didn't get a response for weeks. Finally got a viewing booked in August (so this took a month) and then they couldn't do the viewing on the day?! I decided not to go and see it as I was so annoyed of being messed around.

GoogleEdward was an amazing property manager. He kept on top of issues and was always updating me which made me and my partner feel very secure with the home. Being a student in a rental property you can often feel like a nuisance or that your complaints are never taken seriously but Ed was always on top of it and kind and fought for what we needed. I highly recommend Martin and Co and Ed as a property manager.

GoogleSo far, I have had a very good experience with M&Co Falmouth. They have been very accommodating and efficient, particularly Liam & Ruby who have answered my never-ending tirade of questions, to the referencing company they use who wasted no time in getting everything passed through quickly. Never had any issues getting through to them and Ruby has always answered my emails quickly. This has been a very big move for me and so having an agent who has been efficient and friendly has certainly made the experiences less stressful. Many thanks guys!

You don’t just get the amazing high standard of service from just one of the team - there is a real sense of ‘whole team effort’ to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of service to clients. Our move from Canonstown to Godolphin Cross has been nothing but stress free, smooth sailing and all done with the most warmest, friendly and professional bunch of people. The admin side of the process was completed with ease and super quick! a lovely office in Falmouth and always on the end of the phone and/or email. Can’t recommend them all high enough. We will always have complete faith and trust in Martin & Co. All the very best, Leanne & James - and our very excited Boys and Margot the Dalmatian! x

I wouldn’t even give them 0 stars.” Complaints that they don’t care about tenants and only focus on money. Poor communication: People often say staff don’t reply to calls or emails for days or ignore follow-ups entirely. Maintenance ignored: Some tenants report issues like leaks or broken heating left unfixed for long periods. Horrible customer service once the tenancy started. Absolutely no idea what good customer service or proper property administration looks like.

Myself and family have been living in a 4 bedroom house rented firstly by Fox property's which was outstanding.And then Martin&co took hold of the management which is where it went totally horrible.The lettings manager Laura Gillet at the southend on Sea branch is one of the most arrogant horrible people I have ever come across.We have an extremely overgrown tree in the rear garden and has caused pigeons to crap everywhere so can't sit in the,garden properly.I constantly complained about the situation and was eventually trimmed over 4 years ago I have spoken to them again and Laura's reply was it's in the contract for the tenants to maintain all works that need doing to the trees and bushes and for myself that is disabled due to spinal fusion on L4 L5 And had 2 hip replacements we also had a problems with mice due to living near fields And her reply it's in the tenants contract so you deal with it they eventually sent someone round and all he Done is put wire wool into some holes the mice where in the cupboards underneath the floors I complained again about the tree and wallop Section 21 for us to leave the house after 8 yrs living here no rent arrears no trouble at all we are being evicted with no reason pls keep away from them they ruin lives and send horrible emails saying the house stinks of dogs after 16 inspections the house now stinks we have had dog ever since moving in Pls Avoid

GoogleMartin & Co Falmouth were able to organise my girlfriend and I moving in together. Liam was friendly and very informative about the process and was able to help us with any questions we had to make the process easier. I would recommend Martin & Co if you are looking into the Falmouth area and I will prioritise using them in the future over other agents.

Diabolical estate agent. The Fulham Rd, London branch should not be allowed to operate as a business and judging by the other reviews, class action should be in order. Reporting it to the property ombudsman, but really, the agency needs to be stripped of its license to operate - it's a license to rob essentially

Unable to clean rented property as washer inlet seized open. Water was switched off at mains to avoid flooding. Reported to Martin & Co but not fixed in time I needed to vacate. Email from them stated not a problem as property being sold. Now want £500 cleaning fee. I mentioned no water supply and they said YOU SHOULD HAVE FETCHED BUCKETS OF WATER FROM NEIGHBOURS!!!
